About the Programme
This programme draws from many schools of knowledge
and traditions – Ontology, Psychology, Somatics, Zen
and Buddhism. Combining reflection, journaling, body
movements and mindful practices, you will connect to
your ‘inner knowing’ and arrive at what is right for you.
With practice, you will assume a ‘being’ that is successful
across a wide range of situations and be able to scale your
leadership impact.
