2. My Beginning
My graduation was a WOW moment for me when I thought I have got it all & now it
is all right there. Those moments gave me an insight that it takes something more to
shine here than the degrees one hold. After putting in those many years of hardship
in securing good marks year after year one still needs polishing, sharpening,
grooming, edging , mastering for personal development and growth. My involvement
with community clubs like Rotary, Lions, Toastmaster, Junior Chambers
International made one thing very obvious for me and that was; « My People
Skills. » Now I knew my calling and since then there is no looking back.

Today after running such courses extensively for almost 13 years now
since way back in 1997, Life is been simply beautiful and no ramblings, I live
my life to the full. Since then I have been smiling, laughing & loving what I
offer and what I do.

consultancy and counseling to many executives , HNI, and students.
It is not just another job, but it’s a hobby with passion. I train with compassion.
Today I cater to specific needs from corporate to the individual who wants to shine
with success and inner confidence.

38. What I hold for my Tomorrow
I always felt it is a wonderful life, and it is entirely up to one to make it
even more beautiful.
When I look at kids of today I feel that yes they are smart and energetic
but there is something lacking and that is they are not very sure of
what they want out of their own life.
LGC (Learning Growing Contributing) came to shape after my
interaction with couple of school and college going students &
teachers from various schools.
During my formative years I felt the need for a formal coaching on life
skills but there was nothing available and when I look at the education
system of today I feel the same.
Through my deep desire to fill this vacuum emerged LGC a unit
designed to groom an individual in their life skills.

I do not deny the fact that subjective knowledge is important for
an individual and schools no doubt are well equipped in
providing it, but there goes more to build an individual and that
I call "life skills".
