• Sweden’s third biggest city with a
population of around 300,00, 170
nationalities
• Average age group of Malmö citizens is
36 years. In Sweden as a whole it is 41
years
• From a traditional industry city, to
entrepreneurship and a skilled
workforce
• Linked with Copenhagen and the rest
of Europe via the Öresund Bridge
• In the population group 25-64 years, 46
% of Malmö residents have a higher
education. The overall proportion for
Sweden is 40 %.
