 Hitler can be a nice person
 Because Hitler was always portrayed as evil and this shows

 Dogs are attacking the people in the photo
 1950-1960
 It shows what the people of color went through during that period

 The man in the photo has hung himself from the Statue of Liberty
 Black male
 America hasn't always been free for all. This is what this is trying to show us.
 It shows how far we have come since that time of segregation.

 Even if you aren't from America you can still be considered free
 Based on attire 1930's- 1940's
 It shows importance because of how a lot of Americans view immigrants as terrorists of awful
people even when most aren't
