process under the IFMS program

Central Server, web based salary generation module
for all Government of Maharashtra employees
Covering almost 1 lakh offices and sub offices
Almost 12,000 Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs)
with over 30,000 registered users generating salaries of
close to 6 lakh Government Employees

Scheme (DCPS)
The DCPS system is completely integrated with
Sevaarth
DCPS deductions are automatically calculated and
deducted from employees salary
The contributions are then accounted for in
treasuries
Employers contribution and interest calculation are
done centrally under the office of the State

12. GPF for Class IV
This module is currently under user
acceptance testing
The module is aimed at digitizing the physical
records of all the Class IV employees of
Maharashtra Government
The module also aims to also automate the
manual process of application and sanction of
GPF advance
The module is workflow based and will be
completely integrated with Sevaarth

14. Loans and Advances
This module is rolled out in treasuries as pilot
offices
The module automates the complete Loan
application process of Motor Car Advance,
Computer Advance and House Building
Advance for all state government employees
and is integrated with Sevaarth’s Loan
Recovery functionality
The module aims to eliminate any possibility
of unreported advances which tend to remain
unrecovered

16. IFMS Features
Currently IFMS is implemented on Java J2EE at the front
end on a LINUX OS and DB2 at the back end, however
the application is database independent and can be
easily replicated on any standard operating system
All modules are built on a single application framework
using a common database
Integrated web based Workflow System
The system has user logins based on Employee Id’s with
the flexibility to assign various responsibilities and views
based on the roles with in built Access Control, Logging,
Security and AJAX support
