DEFINITION
LIKE and DISLIKE are words that express how good or not so good we feel
about something or performing an action
LIKE is used to express that we enjoy a thing, a person, a place or an action
DISLIKE is used to express that a thing, a person, a place or an action does not make us
feel good or happy

AFIRMATIVE
To express that we enjoy something, see these examples:
He likes dancing She likes chocolate
I like apples
They like sports
We like Venezuelan food You like singing
Note: Rember that for the third person of back HOME
singular we add an “s” to the end of the verb .

NEGATIVE
To form the negative we simply add the auxiliary don’t or doesn’t before the
verb “like”. Let see this examples using the auxiliaries:
I don’t like vegetables
She doesn’t like cooking pasta
He doesn’t like washing the dishes
You don’t like horror movies
We don’t like cockroaches
They don’t like soup

QUESTIONS
To make questions we need the auxiliary “do” or “does” at the beggining.
