LEADERSHIP
As a flight platoon leader/shift supervisor I was responsible for training 18 junior
personnel on the use of support equipment and on the UH 60 Blackhawks. Directly
responsible for 80% reduction in the work centers workload. Worked in deployed
environment (Iraq and Afghanistan) where we completed overhauls and phase
inspections.
PLANNING
Planned and executed calendar phase inspections on different types of UH 60
Blackhawks, OH58 (KIOWA WARRIOR) UH1 (HUYE), AH-64 (Apache) . Planning
involved talking to junior and senior personnel.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Highly skilled at testing and troubleshooting aircraft systems down to a component using
available schematics, technical data and test equipment.
