This document outlines a communication plan for the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) that includes both a public website and an internal blog. The website will contain permanent information about members, research lines, publications, and events. The blog will feature dynamic news like recent papers, seminars, conferences attended, new projects, and awards. The blog aims to concisely share relevant information to help the IQC grow by making others aware of its work. When writing posts, the guidelines recommend using English for international readers and Catalan when appropriate, and including things like publication details, seminar summaries, and photos from conferences.
