1. Capability Enhancement Project
Client shared a requirement of calendar programs to create to impact the individual
contributors, while interacting with the client HR we realized that the actual requirement is
different which might not be recognized, we requested an audience with the driver of
initiative and had an audience with the managing director, trust gaps were negatively
impacting the profits and the culture of the organization was not conducive.
With a belief that “Performance is an outcome of the environment and not the individual”
we introduce a Learning and Development L&D theme of Ownership & Trust across levels
toll top management.
Individual assessments across the organization followed by individual wise feedback,
learning Input basis People Transformation executed and measured for ROI at Individual
change as observed by others.
