Intentional Consumption and Accidental Production ā€˜ Since Iā€™m going to school for Radio/Television production, itā€™s interesting for me to see what kind of techniques people use ā€¦ itā€™s interesting to see how the general public takes advantage of it, and how that is going to affect my career.ā€™ ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],ā€˜ I had fallen in love with the idea behind a video communityā€¦I wanted in on  the fun as well.ā€™  ā€˜ Itā€™s a weekday, and today is awesome because itā€™s a weekday. But itā€™s not necessarily a goal of mine.ā€™ ā€˜ sorry for the shaky camera work!ā€™, ā€˜except for the crappy music editingā€™, ā€˜the video quality sucksā€™ā€¦ ā€˜ So obviously, when making a video, Iā€™m very conscious of  ensuring that it is entertaining...But other than that, I simply try to be myself (even though I sometimes feel ridiculous talking to a camera).ā€™ (quotes from her video information)

ā€˜ The original videos struck me as funny in the first place, despite being quite vulgar which I am not typically drawn toā€™   ā€˜ In writing my own script, I was particularly careful to maintain that irony.  Youā€™ll notice that both the Most Awkard Boy and the Most Awkward Girl never do anything ā€œawkwardā€ themselvesā€¦ They are simply the victims of  other peoplesā€™ constantly awkward behavior.ā€™ ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
From Production back to Consumption ,[object Object],ā€˜ I have never really thought about how my audience effects me before.ā€™ ā€˜ I have never really done any kind of research into the kinds of people who have already subscribed to or commented on my videos.ā€™ ā€˜ā€¦ is rather similar to the way you would handle yourself in a room full of people you do not know.ā€™
