gardening in April. Desormeaux passed away in May, although it’s unclear if POW was directly

Smith, a 69-year-old Pennsylvania resident, was diagnosed after his passing in December. This
was the second case of POW in the Stockertown, Pennsylvania area, although it’s not known if
POW was the principle cause for Smith’s death.

weakness, confusion, and loss of coordination.
