 El presente simple es un tiempo verbal en donde lo
utilizamos para nombrar diferentes acciones
habituales que suceden con mucha frecuencia y en
donde no sabremos si esta ocurriendo en que tiempo
actual.
EJEMPLOS
• I play tennis. Yo juego al tenis.(Hace mención de un deporte que
realizo cotidianamente y que no necesariamente lo estoy jugando
en este momento)
• He Works in an office. Él trabaja en una oficina.(Se refiere al trabajo
que desarrolla una persona frecuentemente).
• They travel to Madrid. Ellos viajan a Madrid.(Habla de un viaje que
se repite a diario, aunque el sujeto no lo esté realizando ahora).

EJEMPLOS

Excepciones:
• Para verbos que terminan en una "e", sólo añadimos "-d.
• Ejemplos:
• Play change → Play changed
• Play believe → Play be lieved
• Si el verbo termina en una vocal corta y una consonante (excepto
"y" o "w"), doblamos la consonante final.
• Ejemplos:
• Play stop → Play stopped
• Play commit → Play committed
• Con verbos que terminan en una consonante y una "y", se cambia
la "y" por una "i".
• Ejemplos:
• Play study → Play studied
• Play try → Play tried

  • 2.  El presente simple es un tiempo verbal en donde lo utilizamos para nombrar diferentes acciones habituales que suceden con mucha frecuencia y en donde no sabremos si esta ocurriendo en que tiempo actual.

Ellos viajan a Madrid.(Habla de un viaje que se repite a diario, aunque el sujeto no lo esté realizando ahora).

Excepciones: • Para verbos que terminan en una "e", sólo añadimos "-d. • Ejemplos: • Play change → Play changed • Play believe → Play be lieved • Si el verbo termina en una vocal corta y una consonante (excepto "y" o "w"), doblamos la consonante final. • Ejemplos: • Play stop → Play stopped • Play commit → Play committed • Con verbos que terminan en una consonante y una "y", se cambia la "y" por una "i". • Ejemplos: • Play study → Play studied • Play try → Play tried
