 Investigated, evaluated and negotiated first and third party commercial and personal lines
home owners, general liability and automobile claims, multiple years experience handling
slip and falls, home owners inspections, automobile and coverage interpretation including
citing policy language in reservation of rights and disclaimer of coverage letters.
 On-site investigation including recorded statements of all involved parties, property
investigation which includes scoping of damages, scene investigation and loss control
analysis. Consistent recognition of red flags through the claims process and notified
appropriate parties through risk reports.

2.  Prepared detailed large loss reports for review by senior level management on casualty
