Lower Cholesterol Take 1 soup spoon of the Green juice before breakfast. Take the Enzyme after dinner. Dilute 50ml with water and drink.

1 cup Lemon juice
1 cup Ginger juice
1 cup Garlic juice
1 cup Apple cider vinegar
Mix all above and simmer in low heat for
about 60 minutes or till solution reduces
to 3 cups.
Remove solution to cool, then mix 3 cups
of natural honey and store it in a jar.
Drink one tablespoon daily before

2. Home Made Enzyme
1 Pineapple
3 Lemon
1.5 pack brown sugar
(rock sugar, Jaggery Ball, Honey etc)
1) Remove skin of all fruits
2) Cut to thin slices
3) 1 layer of pineapple, 1 layer of
lemon, 1 layer of sugar
4) Repeat layers until full
5) On the 3rd day, stir everything well
and add a layer of sugar
6) 14th day. Drain and bottle.
Note: No contact with even a single
drop of water during process.
Do not shake the jar during the 14
days.
