Always begin by washing your face with warm water!
You can clean your face using warm water,
DO NOT use soap at this point. Pat dry!

3. Is there a better way to clean your skin?
THE ANSWER IS “YES”.
MAKE YOUR OWN FACE SCRUB. INSTRUCTIONS AS FOLLOWS!
Ingredients:
 Honey
Sugar (brown sugar or white)
 tomato juice from a fresh tomato
LET’S GET STARTED!!!
1) Add 1 table spoon of honey and 1 table spoon of white/brown sugar into a plate and mix
it well.
2) Adding tomato is optional (if you have extremely dry skin, do not use tomato!)
Tomato acts as a cleansing agent. Use 1 tea spoon of tomato juice, if needed.
THIS SCURB WILL HELP REMOVE DEAD OR DRY SKIN AND REDUCES THE CHANCE OF
PIMPLES. Don’t forget to scrub in circular motion. When you are done, wash
with warm water and pat dry your face.

4. Scrub number 2!
Ingredients:
 Yogurt
 honey
 oat meal
LET’S GET STARTED!
1) Add 1 table spoon of cold yogurt and 1 table spoon of honey, mix
well.
2) Add a sensible amount of oat meal to make a thick paste.
3) Apply this onto your skin, wait 3 minutes and rinse with warm water
This is a quick and very easy face scrub. This scrub will reduce the
chance of pimples, very good for oily skin. If you have a dry skin,
use this face scrub once in a week!

5. Scrub number 3!
Ingredients:
 Almond oil
 rose water
 gram powder
LET’S GET STARTED!
1) Add 1 tea spoon of almond oil and 1 table spoon of rose water. If
you have very oily skin, reduce the amount of almond oil.
2) Add 1 table spoon of gram flour. Apply this paste onto your skin.
Leave it for about a minute.
3) rinse with warm water and pat dry!
This is a really good scrub, for people with dry skin and you can use
this everyday. But if you have extremely oily skin, use this scrub
once in a week! This scrub helps to give your skin moisture and
natural glow.

6. Scrub number 4!
Ingredients:
 Turmeric powder
 milk (if you have dry skin)
 Rose water (if you have oily skin)
 very little amount of lemon. (if necessary)
LET’S GET STARTED!
1) Add 1 table spoon of turmeric powder, mix well with some milk to
make a thick paste. If you have oily skin mix the turmeric powder
with rose water.
2) add half tea spoon of fresh lemon juice, if needed.
3) Mix everything well. Leave it on your face for 3 minutes, then rinse
of with warm water and pat dry. If you have dry skin apply
moisturising cream afterwards!
This scrub gives your face a natural glow. It can clean your pores. Only
use this scrub once in a week!!
