Drink 6-8 cups of room temperature water daily.
Eat seasonal fruits from your own fruit gardens( if possible)
like mangoes, apples, jambu fruits, pears etc.
Eat light and easy to digest fresh meals.
Drink limeade, herbal teas, fresh coconut water and
watermelon juice.
Use mint, fennel, saffron & cardamon.
