This document summarizes the accomplishments of a department from January to December 2021 across their major programs. 100% (718) TB referral catered while 261 were enrolled into treatment and
457 were referred to RHU

Timely Submission of report to DOH for sustainable and availability of
logistics. Intensive monitoring of treatment compliance to ensure 100% of
success rate.
CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED:
TB symptoms are similar with COVID symptoms, thus thorough
assessment and adherence to protocol must be strictly observe.

Supervision of HIV and AIDS Program Implementation

100% of admitted and walk-in client desiring to know their HIV status be
tested
ACCOMPLISHMENTS/BENEFITS:
100% (633 clients) were tested for HIV. 132 turned positive (+) and were
enrolled for treatment
