drops.

available supply of glucose to function well. If there isn’t a sufficient supply, it can result in a
headache”.
Stress hormones are also released, which can constrict blood vessels causing headache.
Some people with diabetes have headaches due to frequent low levels of blood glucose followed by
high levels. This is due to the release of hormones that increase blood glucose as a regulatory
measure.
High blood glucose can cause headaches too. If blood sugar levels are high for a long time, the body
increases urine output which can lead to dehydration, imbalance in electrolytes and a headache.
ways to prevent a headache:
No sudden fluctuations in blood glucose levels
Drink enough water
Avoid foods like caffeine, which can cause headaches
Avoid stress
