Business
• The concept of a group under the company allows you to create and share only the form of members
• It can be used as a department or team within the company.
Member • Means those who join the Company and use eSignon.

• It means that documents such as paper contracts and applications that were used in paper are
designed and decorated in the form of electronic documents.
Workflow
• This means that you have assigned a workflow, step of approval, to the designed template.
• After you saved the workflow, you can use it repeatedly.
Approval • Means any act of signing or approving / returning.
