How would you like to describe
the
environment of your work area?
It’s sometimes
stressful ,
pressurised but
mostly it’s good.
Well it’s not only about my
company, but the working
environment of a corporate
is like this
stressful, deadline, full of
work. In general, life is
stressful.
The environment
consists of 3 things.
1. The working
Atmosphere: the way
you are associated
with people .
2. Top management
behaviour,
3. Communication
Here we are
surrounded by
students of
different ages,
mental health,
abilities, thinking
skills and
learning skills.
Nice, healthy
environment,
good,
cooperative co-
workers. We
are one as a
family.
How is it so far being a part
of
your corporate?
They provide
freedom to
make our own
decisions.
It’s very good, all of us are
very supportive of each
other and have work ethics.
In fact our. Boss is also
very cooperative. We listen
to each other’s problems
and try to solve them.
As a teacher, we not only
teach them about the
syllabus but also life
lessons as school is like a
next home. We have to
find the best way to teach,
so that it can be retained
by everyone and although
we are the teachers,
sometimes these students
teach us more.
Not very great,
but good.
Not very
great, but
good.
Learning New things that is
not only related to my field
but also to other fields as
there is a lot of exposure,
gaining experiences,
learning how to avoid
unwanted situations and
some life lessons too. Here,
we face new challenges
daily which enhances our
skills, knowledge and
experience.
How do you practice
stress
management?
Simple
rule “WE/
I CAN DO
THIS”
Play games online ,
watch YouTube
videos and other
stuff like social
media.
Meditation
Yoga
Music is
the key.(
Laugh)
We can’t afford to be
stressed. As a teacher if we
stressed out then who will
take care of the student's
problems.
Not needed. These
smiles on student’s
faces, their
achievements are
enough for me.
Complete job on
time then there
won’t be any
stress.
Communication
with co-worker
How often stress management
is required?
Weekly
Twice a month
Daily
During exam time
That depends on
the nature of how
much I can cope up
with the things.
Problem solving skills at
work.
How crucial they are for you?
Well, if there are
problems then the
solution will follow
naturally . It’s all about
‘quick thinking and
resolving’ attitude
which matters the
most.
First I try to know the
problem and if I am
not able to solve it I’ll
try to consult my
seniors or friends and
ask for some help.
Be calm and
think about
solutions, not
problems .
They are very crucial
that’s why in the
company, we have
started Customer
Relationship
Management as for
us the priority is
customer
satisfaction.
We are clear with our
job and responsibilities.
Analysing and then
finding solutions.
How often you and your co-
workers
practice resilience? And how?
We can’t afford to be
bored. Students learn
what they see. So to
encourage students to
develop hard-working
skills, time
management skills we
have to work.
Motivational video
really helps, fun
videos, funday,
birthday celebrations.
As we know we have
to complete our task
on time so we take so
many breaks to get
ourselves energised
and bounce back to
our work.
and think about
Just grab a cup of
coffee or tea.
Communicating
with friends.
By creating some
time for myself and
treating myself with
food.
How do you think teamwork
can be promoted?
By giving a group
of teachers some
responsibilities.
There should not be a
communication gap
between co-workers. Each
member should be valued
or given equal importance
so that they can think of
putting their best in the
group project.
By having cross
functional meetings.
We also have FUN-
DO- FRIDAY where
employee show their
talent.
By giving a group
project
Adaptability
It’s good to be in
the team but in my
field less people
means less Chaos.
I personally don’t
prefer a team of
more than three
members.
It's the
responsibility of
the Team leader to
extract good
quality work from
the employee.
According to you, what responsibilities does every member play in
order to maintain a positive and happy environment in the
workplace?
By valuing each
member and making
them feel like a family.
By motivating them, or
by helping them to
come over their
disabilities.
By being cooperative.
If we do so every
member will be
comfortable and will
cooperate and give
their best.
By having healthy
competition nature too By understanding
others' perspectives.
Maintaining
decorum and
discipline.
That’s the
responsibility of HR.
Every member has its own
responsibility and plays an
important role. Our working
attitude somehow depends on
our environment so if you’re
surrounded with people who are
having a positive attitude with
energy you will feel the same.
And if we are around lazy people
it somehow discourages our
attitude towards work.
According to you, what are the basic
building blocks of a team?
Agenda or purpose
Bonding and
Understanding
Communication. ‘Let’s
Talk’ Trust
Nature of each
member.
Direction
Every member has a
unique skill, so we
have to identify that
skill, and use it in the
most profitable
manner so that the
team grows and the
goal can be
achieved.
By being very
cooperative and
doing their best.
Sometimes lending
others 1% of your
time can make
their work 10 times
easy. That might
mean a lot to
others.
How would you
describe
your work ethic?
We always
cooperate with
each other.
Work ethic is innate . We
Already know what is right
and wrong. it’s not a
supernatural thing. We
learn it from our parents at
the very starting of our
childhood.
We start our work with
morning prayers.
Never discriminate
between any
employees on the
basis of cast, religion,
place or position in the
office.
When you are in
corporate there
are different work
ethics like you
should maintain
the privacy of the
company.
Our company's
policies are in favour
of work ethics.
Providing extra
focus to weak
students to make
them brilliant.
By treating brilliant
students and weak
students equally.
How would you
avoid
an argument?
Never argued
It depends to whom I am
arguing. Is it a male or
female or senior or junior or
what is the argument? It
also depends on whose
fault it is, all this matters a
lot. And It should not be
either physical or violent.
By trying to remain
calm.
Listen, interpret
and then reply.
It depends whether
the person can
interpret your point
or not. If not then let
them as they are.
By jokingly making
students
understand.
By understanding
others
perspectives. The
number 6 can be 9
for someone, and
heshe is also
right.
THANKS

Interdisciplinary Project

  • 4. How would you like to describe the environment of your work area?
  • 5. It’s sometimes stressful , pressurised but mostly it’s good. Well it’s not only about my company, but the working environment of a corporate is like this stressful, deadline, full of work. In general, life is stressful. The environment consists of 3 things. 1. The working Atmosphere: the way you are associated with people . 2. Top management behaviour, 3. Communication Here we are surrounded by students of different ages, mental health, abilities, thinking skills and learning skills.
  • 7. How is it so far being a part of your corporate?
  • 8. They provide freedom to make our own decisions. It’s very good, all of us are very supportive of each other and have work ethics. In fact our. Boss is also very cooperative. We listen to each other’s problems and try to solve them. As a teacher, we not only teach them about the syllabus but also life lessons as school is like a next home. We have to find the best way to teach, so that it can be retained by everyone and although we are the teachers, sometimes these students teach us more. Not very great, but good. Not very great, but good.
  • 9. Learning New things that is not only related to my field but also to other fields as there is a lot of exposure, gaining experiences, learning how to avoid unwanted situations and some life lessons too. Here, we face new challenges daily which enhances our skills, knowledge and experience.
  • 10. How do you practice stress management?
  • 11. Simple rule “WE/ I CAN DO THIS” Play games online , watch YouTube videos and other stuff like social media. Meditation Yoga Music is the key.( Laugh) We can’t afford to be stressed. As a teacher if we stressed out then who will take care of the student's problems.
  • 12. Not needed. These smiles on student’s faces, their achievements are enough for me. Complete job on time then there won’t be any stress. Communication with co-worker
  • 13. How often stress management is required?
  • 14. Weekly Twice a month Daily During exam time That depends on the nature of how much I can cope up with the things.
  • 15. Problem solving skills at work. How crucial they are for you?
  • 16. Well, if there are problems then the solution will follow naturally . It’s all about ‘quick thinking and resolving’ attitude which matters the most. First I try to know the problem and if I am not able to solve it I’ll try to consult my seniors or friends and ask for some help. Be calm and think about solutions, not problems . They are very crucial that’s why in the company, we have started Customer Relationship Management as for us the priority is customer satisfaction. We are clear with our job and responsibilities. Analysing and then finding solutions.
  • 17. How often you and your co- workers practice resilience? And how?
  • 18. We can’t afford to be bored. Students learn what they see. So to encourage students to develop hard-working skills, time management skills we have to work. Motivational video really helps, fun videos, funday, birthday celebrations. As we know we have to complete our task on time so we take so many breaks to get ourselves energised and bounce back to our work. and think about Just grab a cup of coffee or tea. Communicating with friends. By creating some time for myself and treating myself with food.
  • 19. How do you think teamwork can be promoted?
  • 20. By giving a group of teachers some responsibilities. There should not be a communication gap between co-workers. Each member should be valued or given equal importance so that they can think of putting their best in the group project. By having cross functional meetings. We also have FUN- DO- FRIDAY where employee show their talent. By giving a group project Adaptability
  • 21. It’s good to be in the team but in my field less people means less Chaos. I personally don’t prefer a team of more than three members. It's the responsibility of the Team leader to extract good quality work from the employee.
  • 22. According to you, what responsibilities does every member play in order to maintain a positive and happy environment in the workplace?
  • 23. By valuing each member and making them feel like a family. By motivating them, or by helping them to come over their disabilities. By being cooperative. If we do so every member will be comfortable and will cooperate and give their best. By having healthy competition nature too By understanding others' perspectives. Maintaining decorum and discipline. That’s the responsibility of HR.
  • 24. Every member has its own responsibility and plays an important role. Our working attitude somehow depends on our environment so if you’re surrounded with people who are having a positive attitude with energy you will feel the same. And if we are around lazy people it somehow discourages our attitude towards work.
  • 25. According to you, what are the basic building blocks of a team?
  • 26. Agenda or purpose Bonding and Understanding Communication. ‘Let’s Talk’ Trust Nature of each member. Direction
  • 27. Every member has a unique skill, so we have to identify that skill, and use it in the most profitable manner so that the team grows and the goal can be achieved. By being very cooperative and doing their best. Sometimes lending others 1% of your time can make their work 10 times easy. That might mean a lot to others.
  • 29. We always cooperate with each other. Work ethic is innate . We Already know what is right and wrong. it’s not a supernatural thing. We learn it from our parents at the very starting of our childhood. We start our work with morning prayers. Never discriminate between any employees on the basis of cast, religion, place or position in the office. When you are in corporate there are different work ethics like you should maintain the privacy of the company.
  • 30. Our company's policies are in favour of work ethics. Providing extra focus to weak students to make them brilliant. By treating brilliant students and weak students equally.
  • 32. Never argued It depends to whom I am arguing. Is it a male or female or senior or junior or what is the argument? It also depends on whose fault it is, all this matters a lot. And It should not be either physical or violent. By trying to remain calm. Listen, interpret and then reply.
  • 33. It depends whether the person can interpret your point or not. If not then let them as they are. By jokingly making students understand. By understanding others perspectives. The number 6 can be 9 for someone, and heshe is also right.
