ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT, IMPROVEMENT
AND EFFECTIVENESS.
CHANGE AGENTS IS THE PERSON WHO INITIATE
CHANGES IN THE ORGANISATION TO INCREASE
ORGANISATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS.

1. STRUCTURE – HOW THE TASKS ARE FORMALLY DIVIDED GROUPED
AND CO-ORDINATE. WHEN THE STRUCTURE IS CHANGED
ACCORDING TO THE CHANGE IN THE ENVIRONMENT.THERE MAY BE
CHANGE IN THE RESPONSIBILITY AUTHORITY AND FUNCTIONS.
2. TECHNOLOGY_ THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW EQUIPMENT AND
WORK PROCESS IS TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE .MAJOR
TECHNOLGIES CHANGE REQUIRES THE NEED FOR INTRODUCTION
OF NEW TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT.
3. PEOPLE _ THIS INVOLVES CHANGING ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOUR
OF THE MEMBERS THROUGH COMMUNICATION DECISION MAKING
AND PROBLEMS SOLVING.

THEY WORK AS CONSULTANT OR EXPERT FOR DEVISING
SUITABLE STRATEGY FOR BRINGING CHANGES IN THE
ORGANISATION.
2 INTERNAL CHANGE AGENTS _ THEY BELONG TO THE
ORGANISATION AND THEY ARE SELECTED FROM DIFFERENT
LEVEL AND DEPARTMENT.THEY ARE CONTINUOUSLY INVOLVES
IN THE CHANGE PROCESS AND THEY ARE ALSO TRAINED BY
EXTERNAL CHANGES AGENTS. THEY INTRODUCE THE CHANGES
