This slideshow is to teach one of the most critical cornerstones of the entire SAFe process and that is the Planning Increment (PI). This shoud teach the bascis so an individual can go away and start their journey towards planning their first one and have a good understanding of what a day at a PI looks like.

Increment is…
The Program Increment (PI) is the largest plan-do-check-adjust
(PDCA) learning cycle in SAFe. A PI is to the Agile ReleaseTrain or
SolutionTrain as an Iteration is to the AgileTeam: a cadence-based
interval for building and validating a full system increment,
demonstrating value and getting fast feedback.

 Safe space for developers to talk and work through issues
 Everyone to be participating
 Everyone that will or could be needed for the quarter
