Listening
Planning
Developing
All of those are important techniques that the facilitator can help
themselves by taking the lead when they are communicating with the
group.

A facilitator can also be a good guidance in their group in developing and
designing by:
Combining everybody’s ideas.
Choosing the best methods in following rules.
Listening and engaging with group members.

Facilitator
What skills is needed to guide your team? Which are:
Patience is very valuable because a facilitator doesn’t want to miss
any key points from their team.
Listening will help them to guide their team to success.
Facilitator has to have great practice skills to guide their team too.

In conclusion, an effective facilitator with great skills can be a
communicator with helping their team to be successful in developing
programs that they can guide their team in designing programs that would
