The staff will be trained appropriately to fit their role in the program. The staff has a goal of being
an effective staff in which they want to provide the best care for the suffering inmates. The top three
health officials beginning with the psychiatrist, will be required to attend multiple mental health
seminars in order to be an effective program. The staff will base their training off of moral standards
such as the four basic rules by Suresh Bada Math which are "1. Protect, promote and endorse human
rights of the prisoners. 2. Take care of the needs of the prisoners to the extent feasible within the
prison environment. 3. identify patients who have health problems and get them the needed health

Ronda Rousey: The Character Of Captain Marvel
Ronda Rousey desires to play the Marvel comic book character Captain Marvel and she is using fan
artwork to advocate her interest. The UFC champion seems to be perfect for the role and she took to
Reddit to voice her opinion. During a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) Rousey was posed the
question which superhero she would play if given the chance? Her response: "Well...a lot of the
good ones have been taken, but I'd like to vie for Miss Marvel." Rousey has the blonde hair,
perfectly sculpted superhero body, and has already proven that she can act, therefore, she is
definitely someone I can see taking on the role of Captain Marvel, also known as Ms. Marvel. She is
basically a kicka** superhero already.

price of all android OS devices included software development kit and application program kit, is
predicted to be reach at USD 300 or less. Currently companies are trying to establish smartphones as
the mainstream mobile phone in IT industry [12]. Some experts mentioned that the affordability of
smartphones must contribute to the growth of smartphones in global market. Few previous reviews

The main factor was the Nokia Company has decided in February 2011 to upgrade its operating
system to the Windows Phone 7 and users were not satisfied with hardware and software

remain fragmented and consists of four dominant platforms such as Android, Microsoft, iOS and
RIM. However, as per current scenario three platforms which have the strong potential might be
able to significantly change in the market over the next 12–18 months for instance Samsung's OS
Bada, Microsoft's Window's Phone, and Blackberry. As shown above by Gartner forecasts point out
that potential of Samsung's OS Bada was undervalued, which it includes in the category "other OS".
After that in 2011, Samsung Galaxy achieved remarkable growth in IT field, which was based on
Android OS. The Samsung's tried to push of Bada Smartphones and they sold out more than 2.5

around 1.7 million devices per year during in 2011. Some experts recommended that if Samsung

opponent for the Windows Phone OS. One more competitor, Blackberry faced a serious drop in

Tacoos And Logos In Advertising
Do you recognize any of these images? I know I do. Nike, Taco Bell, Target. But what do all of
these pictures have in common?
All of these images are logos. No, not the kind of logos that we learn about in English each year,
instead, these are images that each respective company has chosen to stand as an easy symbol that
consumers will recognize whenever they see it. Usually, along with a short slogan. You know what I
mean: Live Mas, Just Do It, I'm Lovin' It.
But did you know that these companies have been conditioning you your entire life without you
knowing to recognize and buy their products? It's true. Through many different forms of advertising
such as catch phrases, logos, and even familiar tunes (bada ba ba baaa, red robin, yum), ... Show

Companies have been tricking our brains for decades– through the use of other practices, maybe, but
it's still the same thing. Right? Or has Neuromarketing crossed the line? And if it has, how do we
know? My solution is to be aware. Did you know that many supermarkets use the smell of freshly
baked bread to encourage bread sales? And fast food restaurants are designed to have bright lighting
and uncomfortable seating to encourage customers to eat and get out of there fast, making room for
the next customers? Well, the goal here is to know and be aware of this. That way, if we don't want to

“a Comparative Study of Apple Iphones and Samsung...
Introduction There's some evidence that Apple Inc.'s strategy to increase its share of the fast–
growing smart phone market in India may be working. Apple's shipped 252,000 iPhones to India in
the last quarter of 2012, three times the number in the previous three months, according to new data
by Singapore–based mobile research firm Canalys. The figure was more than double from the same
quarter a year earlier, the data showed. Apple launched the iPhone5 in India in November to
coincide with the Hindu festival of Diwali, when consumers usually splurge on lifestyle products. At
the same time, Apple changed its distribution strategy for India, aiming to get its product to a wider

Research Paper On Mehmet
Mehmet is a thirteen year old boy, from Kosovo. He is living in a time when his country Kosovo is
at war from 1999–2001, the KLA (Kosovo army) is battling the Serbians. Mehmet is inspired by the
war it excites him, he wants to become a KLA soldier one day, when he is old enough. He has a
large family and everyone in it disagrees with his point of view about war. His most influential
family consists of Bada his father, Mama his mother, and Meli his sister. He has many more family
members that live with him and experience life journeys together, but they do not have the same
impact on him, as Bada, Mama, and Meli. The entire family had to move to a refugee camp because
of the war. Their house was burned to the ground, and all their stuff was gone thanks to the Serbians.
When it was finally clear to go home about a year later they realised they had no home to go home
to, only the tiny apartment above the store. This small appartment was not going to fit the entire
Lleshi family, so Bada, Mama, Mehmet, and Meli decided to go to the United States, more
specifically a small town in Vermont called Barre. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

he is strong willed because he will argue with his family, and people who are important to him,

Thank You 4 Your Service Analysis
Thank You 4 Your Album
Despite this iconic rap group not releasing an album since 1998, in, "We Got It From Here... Thank
You 4 Your Service," they don't miss a beat. A Tribe Called Quest takes a step back in their sixth and
final album to dish out their social commentary on controversial topics like the environment, race,
and politics. This group was formed in 1985 and is composed of some of the most respected names
in hip–hop, being Q–Tip, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, Jarobi White and the late Phife Dawg. Phife's
sudden death due to diabetes in March 2016 acted as a catalyst for this album, even choosing the
name that Phife originally wanted. In this final album they focus on the political culture in america,

The use of swears for dramatic effect is effectively used in Ego and We The People. Moreover,
strong language can increase the passion of the message you are trying to convey. However, swears
and vulgarity can cheapen a song too, as we see in Enough!! This piece about the difficulties of
having love in a busy time in your life is somewhat lost in its tasteless lyrics. It disrupts the album's
ability to be taken seriously by being played alongside tracks that talk about the real issues with a
more refined language. Socially conscious songs like Conrad Tokyo make the album worthwhile,
without becoming too preachy. This song, Whateva Will Be and Space Program are the most
poignant when discussing how these artists feel blacks are viewed in society. In Whateva Will Be,
Phife highlights the disadvantages of minorities when he sings, "Say am I 'posed to be dead or doin'
life in prison?Just another dummy caught up in the system." They speak to their own truth, and get
to the core of what they think is wrong. Holding a mirror up to society is never easy, but doing it in
60 minutes and 18 seconds of rhythmic is transcendent. In We The People there is seamless
transition between Phife Dawg & Q–Tip, almost as if they can read eachothers minds. This album
features the notable performers Elton John, André 300, Kendrick Lamar, Busta Rhymes and Jack
White. The combination of old and new musicians is in theme for this

John Wayne
I've mentioned before that my childhood was filled with watching westerns, primarily starring John
Wayne. True Grit (1969) was always one of my favorites, so when I saw it in a mark down bin, I
decided to buy a DVD copy. A few months later, I've watched it for the first time in probably 8–10
years, and it holds up remarkably well. The plot of this film begins with the murder of Frank Ross
(John Pickard), father of the film's female lead Mattie Ross (Kim Darby). Mattie goes to Fort Smith,
the site of her father's murder to attend to his affairs. While there, she hires a U.S. Marshall named
Rooster Cogburn (John Wayne) to hunt down the murderer. Glen Campbell's Texas Ranger La
Boeuf tags along because he too has an interest finding the killer. ... Show more content on

She brings the perfect mix of innocence, stuck–up rudeness and politeness to the role. She never
becomes annoying and feels like a natural. Glen Campbell, though clearly out of his element, is
good as well. He handles himself capably and is suitably convincing. Finally, Robert Duvall also
does a serviceable job as the villain of the picture, though he isn't particularly memorable. The
acting, especially by Wayne and Darby, is undeniably the standout of True Grit, but the visuals by
director Henry Hathaway and cinematographer Lucien Ballard are also superb. Hathaway made the
excellent decision to shoot almost entirely on location. He and Ballard capture the beauty of the
natural environment well, with a suitable amount of long shots and some great use of natural
lighting. Their photography helps enhance the atmosphere of the film by capturing the naturalistic
feel of the western. The screenplay by Marguerite Roberts, based on the novel by Charles Portis,
represents another highlight of the movie. Roberts tells a simple story of revenge that is compelling
throughout. More impressively, she clearly has an understanding of western dialogue. The lines in
this film feel of the time, and they fit naturally into the characters' mouths. This doesn't seem like
somewhat imitating western dialogue (as in the remake), but someone who knows the dialect

The recent movie made in 2016, Now You See Me 2, a group of magicians work together to pull off

themselves the Horseman and are wanted people. In the movie Jack Wilder, Daniel Atlas, Merritt
McKinney, and Lula are the main characters. In the film Now You See Me, there are a variety of
character, situational, and symbolic archetypes which help to enhance meaning throughout the text.
Dylan Rhodes also plays a big part in the movie by being the protection of the horseman.

The plot changes from a group of magicians robbing a bank and giving it to the audience like
chivalry thieves to a good vs evil plot. They are supposed to steal a chip that can control the whole
world through technology. If they didn't steal it, they would be killed but to make sure that the bad
people don't get the chip they are to steal it and not give it to him. Dylan isn't in the same place as
the Horsemen, so he cannot help them at all. The new villain has also given information to the
public that Dylan is working for the Horsemen and that Jack Rider is not actually dead. With this
information Dylan can no longer help the horsemen and Jack is now wanted again. The villain
Walter Captured them and forced them to do the heist. This develops a Good vs. Bada because
Walter wants to control the world and the Horsemen want to live.
Daniel Atlas is the biggest character in the movie, but I believe that the horsemen as a team are the
heroes for the movie. Atlas agreed to do the heist in exchange for the lives for all the Horseman, but

give him a fake. They come up with the plan to give him a fake so that he couldn't use the real. The

Pain In The Kite Runner
Imagine walking throughout the streets. There are multiple people taking a stroll and enjoying their
day and life. However, it is difficult to imagine what a person has experienced in their life. There are
people who have caused pain and others who have received pain. In The Kite Runner by Khaled
Hosseini, Baba and Assef were similar in the fact that they had both caused a form of pain to at least
one character in the novel. Man's cruelty to man can change the course of the receiving person's life.
While both characters in the novel caused pain, Baba caused emotional pain to Amir resulting in
Amir growing up to be unstable in the fact he could not figure out how to deal with overwhelming
events. Instead of being a consoling father figure, Baba had gone with the stringent approach,
leaving Amir to deal with his emotions on his own. Baba had wished for Amir to be a great man,
much like himself. After learning that Amir had no interests in his own interests, Baba had simply
given up on trying to immerse Amir in his world. Baba could hardly believe Amir was his child. "'If
I hadn't seen the doctor pull him out of my wife with my own eyes, I'd never believe he's my son'"
(23). Consequently, when Amir had witnessed Hassan get raped, Amir locked away his emotions

With reference to case studies, critically evaluate the success of management schemes in fragile
environments (40 marks)
A fragile environment is one which is easy to disrupt, and once disrupted, difficult to restore. An
example of this kind of environment is the Sundarbans; the largest single block of mangrove swamp
in the world, covering 10,000 km² from the coasts of West Bengal to Bangladesh. The mangrove
swamps are sensitive to a number of factors, including temperature, salinity and sea level, where

It is for these threats that the Sundarbans Tiger Reserve was created in 1973, and later designated as
the Sundarban Forest Reserve in 1978. It now covers the whole of the Sundarbans, aimed towards
managing it in a sustainable way. Armed forest staff patrol in motorboats and launches, protecting
the reserve from poachers and theft of forest products such as the valuable honey and wax that is
limited for collecting to only two and a half months a year, while seminars, workshops and
awareness camps are conducted frequently inside the park to educate people and tourists on eco–
conservation and eco–development. By educating people, there will be a greater understanding and

When a person's location is known overtime and if being noted continuously for a long period it is
really a great deal and may be leading to gather information on who the person is and what is highly

facts could be found very easily. But still this could be very useful in locating a missing person." So
we may be puzzled whether to use or not use such applications. Thus we may come to a decision
that we shall use such applications provided they offer good privacy apart from providing good

Euthanasia Controversy: To Die Or Right To Die?
The right–to–die also known as dying with dignity refers to various issues related to the decision of
whether a person should be allowed to refuse extraordinary measures intended to prolong their life
when they are terminally ill or comatose. It also refers to the idea that a person with a terminal
illness should be allowed to commit suicide before death naturally occurs. This may be done by the
withdrawal of feeding tubes and other artificial means of life support or with assistance from a
physician.
In Euthanasia: Right to life vs right to die (Article One) researchers discussed various aspects of
euthanasia from "active (introducing something to cause death) to passive (withholding treatment or
supportive measures); voluntary (consent) ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The controversy behind the right to die should often involves legal, ethical, medical, and human
rights perceptive (Bada–Math & Chaturvedi).
One argument against embracing the right to die is that terminally ill people and people with
debilitating diseases will be eliminated from our society. In India the people have a natural right to
live and premature termination is considered to be unnatural with relation to right to life. This adds
to the controversy because opponents believe euthanasia can lead to a decline in care.
Euthanasia opposers also believe that when a person attempts to commit suicide that they are
suffering a form mental illness. Therefore, it is important to conduct a mental health evaluation of a
person that is seeking euthanasia.
Another argument against the right to die is medical professionals should not participate in mercy
killings of terminally ill patients. They also believe that there should be an emphasis on palliative
care to add life to years instead adding years to life. The intention behind this is to provide care
when there is no

What Determines The Effectiveness Of Communication...
Introduction
Communication is a primary aspect of our daily lives by which people exchange ideas, information,
and opinions. What determines the effectiveness of communication process is the ability of the
medium used to deliver the message to the recipient in a consistent format and to provide feedback.
Several factors can hinder the communication process from taking place efficiently. These include
communication channels used, message length, distractions, message clarity, availability of
feedback, as well as the time it takes the message to reach the intended recipient (Ludlow & Panton,
2002). By choosing communication channel, it becomes necessary to consider the recipient,
especially where applying technology to eliminate chances of digital divide hindering the
communication process. Use of internet in connection is thus only necessary where both parties, that
is the sender and the intended receiver of the message are familiar with the channel and are in
possession of necessary equipment that will facilitate the communication e.g. mobile phones,
tablets, laptops, or personal computers (Taylor, 2000).
The number of global Internet users has enormously grown from less than 1 percent in the year 1995
to around 40 percent today. By the year 2005, there were around a billion users and this figure
double by the year 2010. This number had risen to three billion by 2014. Asia leads in the number of

my Mother's side, passed away. Over the years she had accumulated hundreds of collectable Barbies
that were meant to be passed down to me when she died, however not everyone was happy about
that. At ten years old I now lived with my Dad, who despised my Mother's side of the family, and
there was no way he was going to take me to get what was mine. My aunts and cousins ended up
taking all of them and sold ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
One day when I was home alone I ventured to the attic and found that not much remained. As I
walked around up there something caught my interest, it was an old luggage bag with my
Grandmother's name on the tag. It looked to be from the 1960's or 70's. I decided to open it up and
found a gorgeous white fur coat in a clear plastic bag. I quickly took it out of its bag and tried it on. I
knew that I would be the only person to fit it in the family because I am the only one that comes
close to her height and weight, which was 4'11 and 120 pounds. I was correct, it fit me like a glove
and I couldn't have been happier. I took the items down stairs I became some what furious at the fact
these were the only things left of hers and even madder at the fact I had completely nothing. When
my mother got home I told her, "I have nothing of my Grandmother's because someone couldn't
resist a fix." Tears started to puddle in my eyes as i continued, "I am leaving with this and I do not
care who doesn't likes." My mom knew there was no reason to fight me on this because I would

Racism And Racism
The United States has always been the melting pot of the world; its population being one of mixed
race since its very beginning. Such diversity however, birthed discrimination, racism, and
oppression towards people who did not bear features like those of the European colonizers. Almost
five hundred years later, the inequality survives with too many people unaware of its endurement.
Jo–Vaughn Virginie Scott, a African American rapper more commonly known as Joey BadA$$ took
notice of the evident injustice still present in America and turned towards music to deliver his
enraged message. In 2017, Bada$$ released his sophomore album, ALL–AMERIKKKAN
BADA$$, where he spoke out against the corrupt political and economic system of the country in
addition to tackling inequality and denouncing the government. In his final song of the album,
"AMERIKKKAN IDOL", Bada$$ prompts listeners to question the explicitly racist government
system and take action against the country's oppressive racial maltreatment as to prevent society
from growing even more unjust than it already is. Bada$$ brilliantly incorporates the lives of
African Americans into the song by using repetition to show exactly how minorities do not have a
sufficient voice in this country. He demonstrates his hatred towards government leaders by
repeating, "I'm out for dead presidents to represent me / Dead fuckin' presidents to represent me /
I'm out for dead presidents to represent me / Because I've never known a live one

Analysis Of Land Of The Free Speech
Artists across music genres are at the forefront of new protest songs in response to the rise of
President Donald J. Trump and his words in the media. One political track, titled "Land of the Free"
by Jo–Vaughn Virginie Scott, speaks to society through a bouncy beat in contrast to its blunt,
politically–charged lyrics. Brooklyn based rapper Jo–Vaughn Virginie Scott, otherwise known as
Joey Bada$$, released his single "Land of the Free" on January 20, 2017, the day of President
Trump's inauguration. According to Scott, "Land of the Free" was inspired by African–American
civil rights leaders such as Marcus Garvey, Dr. Umar Johnson, and Malcolm X (Scott, 2017, Land of
the Free). In the song, Scott discusses the racism and prejudice today towards minority groups,
especially African–Americans. He also touches on how former President Barack Obama's
presidency was not enough to cause big enough change on the inequality in America. The message
in the track, along with the correlating album, "All–Amerikkkan Bada$$", challenges Americans to
speak up and "start a new coalition against corrupt politicians" (Scott, 2017, Land of the Free).
Using the cluster analysis method, the song's word choice is accurately analyzed since clustering the
words gives the lyrics a fresh perspective on the political meaning, and it helps evaluate Scott's
motive for wanting change. Scott critiques the political indifference America has towards the
ongoing issue of inequality using the key terms free, just,

The Advantages of Using Linux
Android is an operating system that was built upon the very popular Linux kernel. Its main focus has
always been that of providing one of the best options for an operating system that will work for
touchscreen devices. Those devices typically include various smart phones as well as what has been
a newer craze as of late, tablets. Android was originally a self–operated company, however it was
eventually bought out by Google, who was its greatest financial support. Linux itself is a very old
operating system that was built on the platform of being free for everyone, as well as being open
sourced so that anyone could have the opportunity to customize it to their liking to provide different
functionalities that the particular user may need. The popularity of Linux exploded and with that and
its ability for customization it has become of the most secure operating systems there is. This
provided an obvious choice for it to become the core of the Android system, thus providing
tremendous security for anyone that uses an Android operated device. The main features that were
chosen from the Linux kernel to become assets in the Android operating system were as follows;
user based permission, the ability to isolate processes, the ability to remove certain parts of the
kernel that could have the potential to be insecure, and a very secure inter–processing structure for
communication among various parts of the operating system. Without a doubt, the greatest
advantage of the use of the

Reflection Of West African Dance
I must say that my hole spring quarter has been dedicated to deepening my overall understanding of
West–African dance alone. In preparation this to study with the Urban Bush this summer I wanted to
make sure that I was able to develop a stronger foundation in my West–African dance technique this
quarter. My Mondays and Wednesday from 2:00–6:30 were dedicated to Professor Parker's (
Makeda– Kumasi) West–African dancing and drumming classes held at UCR. I also seeked outside
the classroom to gain a community experience of this dance genre so that I could compare and
contrast the similarities and differences I found. My goals were to truly embody the many elements
that are associated in this dance genre. In my discoveries I was able to ... Show more content on

The special thing about these rhythms is that there are many unique ways to approach the dancing
and the playing of the rhythm. Professor Parker explained to me that " You can go so many places to
learn these songs, dances, and rhythms and other instructors will teach them different. It's the
people's movement and that's what so unique about West–African movement it's interpreted
differently. Yes you may see similarities but I guarantee you it won't be the same Tendu or Plie´that
you can identify immediately in other dance genres." (Parker)
Professor Parker made sure that the dancers a I understood the history of each rhythm so when we
got out on the dance floor we had some type of foundation to stand on.
Every class we would start off with an intense warm–up that was filled with many isolation's,
stretches, core work, and West–African based movements. The warm–ups usually lasted about 30
minuets each class. During our warm–up the drummers always played the KouKou rhythm for us
live each time we transitioned from movement to movement we waited for the drummers break. The
drummer break is essential to West–African dance because the drummers break is the direct
communication between the drummer and dancer. It lets us know when to start, stop, or change our
movement why the rhythm was played. Our master drummers Bada and Ashutu often explained to
me the importance of my dancing being attuned with their drumming. When my dancing and

into the arena as well. These mobile devices are having a significant impact on our lives and are in
fact redefining the way we access information and communicate with others. This is due to not only
the hardware but the specialized software that these devices run and most importantly, their
operating systems.
Just like a PC can run different operating systems (like Windows, Linux, BSD etc.) or different
versions of the same operating system (like Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 etc.), most

substance use, and the first hand experiences of persons affected by addiction. The book
incorporates narrative experiences by the author, a physician that provides treatment and his patients
whom deal with substance use and complex trauma. Each narrative offers a continuum from past to
present that offers the reader an understanding on how addiction presents itself in all mankind. As a
reader, Serena's story had the greatest impact.
In 2009, more than eight million children in the United States resided in households where their
primary caregiver was dependent on substance use (HHS, 2009). Substance Use disorder (SA) is
defined as exhibiting one or more of the four criteria while consuming alcohol or illicit drugs:
failure to fulfill major role obligations at work, school, or home, situations in which it is physically
hazardous, situations persistent substance–related legal problems, social or interpersonal problems

The bada** warrior princess is coming back to television, according to NBC. There have been
rumors going around on whether the Xena: Warrior Princess reboot was actually happening and now

going to happen although she would love it too. "Sorry, friends! news of a #Xena reboot is just a

"I don't think it's just a continuation, but we haven't gotten that far," Greenblatt said. He would
welcome Lawless' help with the reboot, but only behind the scenes. He felt that her presence on the
show might take away from the new direction of the series. "I'm not sure how she could be part of it
if she wasn't playing Xena, and I don't know if that's a direction we'll ever go," said Greenblatt.
According to reports, the new Xena will "have the charisma and charm of Lawless and the smarts of
The Hunger Games' Katniss." She is also described as a sophisticated, smart superhero for
millennials. That sounds like a woman I would love to meet and hopefully never piss off.
There has been an influx of 90s television shows coming back to life. The Fresh Prince of Bel Air
and Full House are already in the works. The reboot of Xena: Warrior Princess would be a great
addition to the list. The series' influence on today's programs is evident in the multitude of
refreshingly honest and unapologetic women characters we see in our favorite shows. Xena: Warrior
Princess would instill self–confidence in young women and help them realize that they do not a man
to find value within themselves, as it did in past years.

Euthanasia Is Criminal and Inmoral
Euthanasia is criminal and does not agree with the morals of people today. Ed Feinstein, senior rabbi
of Valley Beth Shalom in Encino, California states that, "It [prayer] recognizes God as the one who
decides 'Who will live and who will die'" (Wood 3 added brackets). Assisted suicide is a peculiar
process and not the intended way to die. The constitution of India comments in Article 21 on the
right to life:
'Right to life' is a natural right embodied in Article 21 but suicide is an unnatural termination or
extinction of life and, therefore, incompatible and inconsistent with the concept of 'right to life'. It is
the duty of the State to protect life and the physician's duty to provide care and not to harm patients.
If euthanasia is legalised, then there is a grave apprehension that the State may refuse to invest in
health (working towards Right to life). Legalised euthanasia has led to a severe decline in the quality
of care for terminally–ill patients in Holland.
If euthanasia is legalized it will change the values of doctors and push them to pressure other
terminal patients into euthanasia. Euthanasia goes against the Hippocratic Oath doctors take at the
beginning of their career and places them in an unsafe environment. Lynn Pasquerella, president of
Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, who has a PhD in philosophy states, " . . .
health care providers are likely to experience ever–increasing moral distress over how to abide by

Executive Summary
In current Mobile era, mobile computing and mobile applications play an important role in our daily
life. mobile devices face the limited memory resources and low processing power of Mobile
Terminals problems. For this reason, standard mobile application development procedure and
deployment decisions are very important for developing applications for mobile devices. The
widespread use of smartphones equipped with cameras, accelerometers and its 3G & 4G networks
allows us to obtain precious data at a low cost. For mining large scale data from these small devices,
efficient lightweight, robust and scalable algorithms, proper memory management techniques and
capable design patterns are very important. To improve the application stability, reusability,
maintainability as well as introduce software bugs free application, agile methodologies,
architectural patterns, unit testing, standard automation testing procedure, standard documentation
of the source code, various standard procedures of testing the whole application are also very
important.

Everywhere people look, there is a screen. Whether it's a laptop, television, phone, tablet, or a

at a prolific rate. This is due to easy access of programs, like Final Cut, Premiere Pro, and iMovie,

A Tribe Called Quest takes a step back in their sixth and final album to dish out their social commentary on controversial topics like the environment, race, and politics. This group was formed in 1985 and is composed of some of the most respected names in hip–hop, being Q–Tip, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, Jarobi White and the late Phife Dawg. The use of swears for dramatic effect is effectively used in Ego and We The People. Moreover, strong language can increase the passion of the message you are trying to convey. However, swears and vulgarity can cheapen a song too, as we see in Enough!! This piece about the difficulties of having love in a busy time in your life is somewhat lost in its tasteless lyrics. It disrupts the album's ability to be taken seriously by being played alongside tracks that talk about the real issues with a more refined language. Socially conscious songs like Conrad Tokyo make the album worthwhile, without becoming too preachy. This song, Whateva Will Be and Space Program are the most poignant when discussing how these artists feel blacks are viewed in society. In Whateva Will Be, Phife highlights the disadvantages of minorities when he sings, "Say am I 'posed to be dead or doin' life in prison?Just another dummy caught up in the system." They speak to their own truth, and get to the core of what they think is wrong. Holding a mirror up to society is never easy, but doing it in 60 minutes and 18 seconds of rhythmic is transcendent. In We The People there is seamless transition between Phife Dawg & Q–Tip, almost as if they can read eachothers minds. Mattie goes to Fort Smith, the site of her father's murder to attend to his affairs. While there, she hires a U.S. Marshall named Rooster Cogburn (John Wayne) to hunt down the murderer. Finally, Robert Duvall also does a serviceable job as the villain of the picture, though he isn't particularly memorable. The acting, especially by Wayne and Darby, is undeniably the standout of True Grit, but the visuals by director Henry Hathaway and cinematographer Lucien Ballard are also superb. Hathaway made the excellent decision to shoot almost entirely on location. He and Ballard capture the beauty of the natural environment well, with a suitable amount of long shots and some great use of natural lighting. Their photography helps enhance the atmosphere of the film by capturing the naturalistic feel of the western. The screenplay by Marguerite Roberts, based on the novel by Charles Portis, represents another highlight of the movie. Roberts tells a simple story of revenge that is compelling throughout. More impressively, she clearly has an understanding of western dialogue. The lines in this film feel of the time, and they fit naturally into the characters' mouths. This doesn't seem like somewhat imitating western dialogue (as in the remake), but someone who knows the dialect ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

However, it is difficult to imagine what a person has experienced in their life. There are people who have caused pain and others who have received pain. In The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini, Baba and Assef were similar in the fact that they had both caused a form of pain to at least one character in the novel. Man's cruelty to man can change the course of the receiving person's life. While both characters in the novel caused pain, Baba caused emotional pain to Amir resulting in Amir growing up to be unstable in the fact he could not figure out how to deal with overwhelming events. Instead of being a consoling father figure, Baba had gone with the stringent approach, leaving Amir to deal with his emotions on his own. Baba had wished for Amir to be a great man, much like himself. After learning that Amir had no interests in his own interests, Baba had simply given up on trying to immerse Amir in his world. What determines the effectiveness of communication process is the ability of the medium used to deliver the message to the recipient in a consistent format and to provide feedback. Several factors can hinder the communication process from taking place efficiently. These include communication channels used, message length, distractions, message clarity, availability of feedback, as well as the time it takes the message to reach the intended recipient (Ludlow & Panton, 2002). By choosing communication channel, it becomes necessary to consider the recipient, especially where applying technology to eliminate chances of digital divide hindering the communication process. Such diversity however, birthed discrimination, racism, and oppression towards people who did not bear features like those of the European colonizers. Almost five hundred years later, the inequality survives with too many people unaware of its endurement. Jo–Vaughn Virginie Scott, a African American rapper more commonly known as Joey BadA$$ took notice of the evident injustice still present in America and turned towards music to deliver his enraged message. In 2017, Bada$$ released his sophomore album, ALL–AMERIKKKAN BADA$$, where he spoke out against the corrupt political and economic system of the country in addition to tackling inequality and denouncing the government. In his final song of the album, "AMERIKKKAN IDOL", Bada$$ prompts listeners to question the explicitly racist government system and take action against the country's oppressive racial maltreatment as to prevent society from growing even more unjust than it already is. Bada$$ brilliantly incorporates the lives of African Americans into the song by using repetition to show exactly how minorities do not have a sufficient voice in this country. One political track, titled "Land of the Free" by Jo–Vaughn Virginie Scott, speaks to society through a bouncy beat in contrast to its blunt, politically–charged lyrics. Brooklyn based rapper Jo–Vaughn Virginie Scott, otherwise known as Joey Bada$$, released his single "Land of the Free" on January 20, 2017, the day of President Trump's inauguration. According to Scott, "Land of the Free" was inspired by African–American civil rights leaders such as Marcus Garvey, Dr. Umar Johnson, and Malcolm X (Scott, 2017, Land of the Free). In the song, Scott discusses the racism and prejudice today towards minority groups, especially African–Americans. He also touches on how former President Barack Obama's presidency was not enough to cause big enough change on the inequality in America. The message in the track, along with the correlating album, "All–Amerikkkan Bada$$", challenges Americans to speak up and "start a new coalition against corrupt politicians" (Scott, 2017, Land of the Free). Using the cluster analysis method, the song's word choice is accurately analyzed since clustering the words gives the lyrics a fresh perspective on the political meaning, and it helps evaluate Scott's motive for wanting change. Professor Parker explained to me that " You can go so many places to learn these songs, dances, and rhythms and other instructors will teach them different. It's the people's movement and that's what so unique about West–African movement it's interpreted differently. Yes you may see similarities but I guarantee you it won't be the same Tendu or Plie´that you can identify immediately in other dance genres." (Parker) Professor Parker made sure that the dancers a I understood the history of each rhythm so when we got out on the dance floor we had some type of foundation to stand on. Every class we would start off with an intense warm–up that was filled with many isolation's, stretches, core work, and West–African based movements. The warm–ups usually lasted about 30 minuets each class. During our warm–up the drummers always played the KouKou rhythm for us live each time we transitioned from movement to movement we waited for the drummers break. The drummer break is essential to West–African dance because the drummers break is the direct communication between the drummer and dancer. It lets us know when to start, stop, or change our movement why the rhythm was played. Summary Of Gabor Mate's In The Realm Of Hungry Ghosts In the book, In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts, by Gabor Mate, the reader seeks to gain insight about substance use, and the first hand experiences of persons affected by addiction. The book incorporates narrative experiences by the author, a physician that provides treatment and his patients whom deal with substance use and complex trauma. Each narrative offers a continuum from past to present that offers the reader an understanding on how addiction presents itself in all mankind. As a reader, Serena's story had the greatest impact. In 2009, more than eight million children in the United States resided in households where their primary caregiver was dependent on substance use (HHS, 2009). There have been rumors going around on whether the Xena: Warrior Princess reboot was actually happening and now we can finally relax, because it has been confirmed. While rumors were spreading, Lawless put a stop to them by telling fans that it was not going to happen although she would love it too. "Sorry, friends! news of a #Xena reboot is just a rumor. "I'm not sure how she could be part of it if she wasn't playing Xena, and I don't know if that's a direction we'll ever go," said Greenblatt. According to reports, the new Xena will "have the charisma and charm of Lawless and the smarts of The Hunger Games' Katniss." Ed Feinstein, senior rabbi of Valley Beth Shalom in Encino, California states that, "It [prayer] recognizes God as the one who decides 'Who will live and who will die'" (Wood 3 added brackets). Assisted suicide is a peculiar process and not the intended way to die. The constitution of India comments in Article 21 on the right to life: 'Right to life' is a natural right embodied in Article 21 but suicide is an unnatural termination or extinction of life and, therefore, incompatible and inconsistent with the concept of 'right to life'. It is the duty of the State to protect life and the physician's duty to provide care and not to harm patients. If euthanasia is legalised, then there is a grave apprehension that the State may refuse to invest in health (working towards Right to life). Legalised euthanasia has led to a severe decline in the quality of care for terminally–ill patients in Holland. If euthanasia is legalized it will change the values of doctors and push them to pressure other terminal patients into euthanasia. Euthanasia goes against the Hippocratic Oath doctors take at the beginning of their career and places them in an unsafe environment.
