Library (K): Books about back to school and
emotions, all aboutme, and friendship to
read aloneor with friends and teachers.
Large Muscle/Outside (M/V): Explain the rules and
routines of the playground,where things go, the
bell routine, etc.
Art (E): Various materialswill be
out that we can compiletogether
to make a classroomartquilt
together.
Table Toys (K): Ginger Bread Cookie
cutters with buttons and beads for the
play dough. Also, we will putout Fall Fun
Lace/Trace, Apple Seed dominos, and
MeasuringMotor to work on increasing
fine motor skills.
Technology (M): Letter formation Link-to-
learn game on smartboard, where children
match and traceletters with their fingers.
Classroom rules / routines (V/M):
Go over mealtime routines atthe table,one scoop
and pass,ask for seconds,be patient, etc.
Sensory table (E): Rainbowrice
and buttons to scoop,touch, and
manipulate.
Blocks (R/L): Large Lego blocks,pictures
of places around town added to the
blocks.
Music (R/L): Brain Boogie Boosters CD to
sign and move to as well as the I love you
Rituals Cubewith various rituals they can do
together.
Dramatic Play (V): Play kitchen/house, stove,
fridge, sink,dishes and food items. Makingsoup
and hot cocoa,outsideis a favorite activity,many
kids asked to play kitchen insidetoo.
