Problem/ needs
Stakeholder: business owner needs a way to organize execution of jobs and find people with the
required skills because that allows him to work on growing his business or to move to the next
challenge.

1. I do not earn enough to hire somebody
2. I look for young people to train because it
costs less
3. People I work with are not working well
together
4. The quality of work from people I work
with is below standard
5. It’s impossible to be a specialist in every
field of online marketing
