4. Concept Boards:
I chose all these fonts of similar style because I want the title of the
video to be large and fairly bold so it will stand out. These were my
favourite fonts because they really match the style that I am planning
on well. The historic old texts are what I will most likely end up using
though because that is what I will be designing my video ideals with
so I could actually just use one of the dafont fonts and but when
doing this I need to make sure that it doesn’t go blurry.
The images are focusing on graphics, the whole point of my video is
going to be a narration project so the images which are on it are
definitely going to be of high graphical quality. The colours of them
are very primary and that is because it draws in the eye and makes
the images look much more better than what they are.
This is a short collection of images which I could include or
take from and place similar image styles inside my video to
gloss over. Some of these included will be existing but too
improve my work I will have to mix it up and change to
something different.
The colours that I think I should go for are the brighter ones
because it shows of the graphical images really well and
allows the audience to see the beauty of these mythical
creatures.
5. Concept Boards:
A range of ideas to take forward in to production. Should include images, colour schemes and font choices. Could include
mock ups and evidence of existing design work which is inspiring you.
I decided to look up exiting
logos on channels some of
which relate to myths. The
colours that are used are
very dark and this is
because Darkness is often
used to convey negativity:
evil, death or the unknown.
Documentary video
includes:
• Darker colours
• Interview
• Narration
• Slideshow presentation
Interviews are general
always done in one of these
ways and I will do mine like
the top left image. I am going
to do the same and blur out
the background making the
person on frame in the
foreground stand out. The
camera will be at a stand still
and will not move when the
interview is going on.
This is a simplistic art style to show off mythical creatures
which I think I will use and include in my video because it
means that I can choose all the colours to best show off
the image and attract the audience.

Characteristics of research
Jump to navigation jump to search features of Research
Empirical - based on observations
and experimentation on theories.
Systematic - follows orderly and sequential procedure.
Controlled - all variables except those that are
tested/experimented upon are kept constant.
Employs hypothesis - guides the investigation process
Analytical - There is critical analysis of all data used so that
there is no error in their interpretation
Objective, Unbiased, & Logical - all findings are logically
based on empirical
Employs quantitative or statistical methods- data are
transformed into numerical measures and are treated
statistically

Facts and statistic
of myths
I need to hit the characteristics
of research in my video to make
it the best of what I can..
All of these facts are going to come in use for the making of my
video later on. It was really useful and interesting searching this
topic up, one thing that could have been changed was the ways
of finding sources, its best to use many instead of just using one
specific.
7. Structure:
A plan for your video. What is the purpose of the video, what is you intended direction, what are you trying to say?
The purpose of my video is going to be entertainment and to inform the audience of myths, showing off some of the most famous myths throughout
history, I want to do this because the topic interests me and not many videos like documentaries have been done on this topic. I am expecting to
make the video in chronological order and have a clear structure which is easy to understand with an intro at the beginning where I make the point
and then I mention it again at the end to close of the video making the loop so the audience has understood throughout the video what is being
mentioned. Towards the end of the video I want to have an interview in there to explore personal opinions, this will be very useful for my video. I think
that my video will be roughly 4-4:30 minutes long which is in the recommended time frame and I can fit everything in their with ease because it is a
great length for the audience to not get bored but it is long enough to have enough interesting facts to keep them entertained. My intended target
audience for the video is going to be older teens and young adults aging from 16-27 this is because I feel like the topic is sophisticated and factual
enough to hit this intended target audience.
This is just a few ideas that I had to start off my video in the introduction and I started to create
a bit of a script.
