Resolution:
Firstof all,if Mrs. Sepulvedawantstocontrol thisbehavioritisnecessarytohave a goodrapport,
inorder to geta betterrespectwithherstudents.Also,agoodmotivationmustbe necessaryto
have the attentionof the students.Inaddition,if the teacherdidnotsetthe rulesof the classshe
mustreorganize thissituation,because itcouldbe aproblem.
If the actionspreviouslymentioneddidnotwork,she musttake otheractions.Forexample,talk
withthe studentsone byone,withthe purpose toknow theirproblemwiththe classesandrepeat
the rulesto the whole class.Additionally,she mustgive awarningthatthe objectsare forbiddenin
classand if the behaviorcontinuesshe will take the objects.Regardless,Mrs.Sepulveda
continuouswiththe same situationshe couldchange the locationof the students. Nevertheless,if
the teacherdoesnot have the control yetshe must call the students’parentswiththe ideatotalk
aboutthe behaviorinclass.Moreover,she musttalkwiththe counselorinordertohelpfindingfor
possible solution.
