I was also in charge to improve the production capabilities by
the design expertise, understand and communicate the produc-
tion tools, process, materials, techniques and help the design
team to integrate this knowledge in their concepts, as on feasi-
bility as on innovation aspects.
Based in the OSM group’s factory, my mission was to link the
design offices with the production reality. Manage the DFM,
anticipate production issues in the concept phase, help design-
ers to handle the technical feasibility, give them alternative
concepts, find out solutions in the development steps and, in
balance, keep the design essence.

Follow these concepts with the engineering teams, resolves
production issues in factories, work closely with the samples,
and production teams during the concept development stage.
The mission was basically to handle project’s phases, support
the development teams and answer to all design tasks.
Under the design management, my mission was to deliver
adapted concepts for worldwide market leaders, mainly in the
consumer electronic field for their in-box or branded accesso-
ries. Pouch, cases, sleeves, for computer, mobile phone,
camera, those products were designed to match the customer
expectations, as in term of visual ID unto the production cost.

phone, developped in PCH. I was in charge of
the concept development, artwork, sample round,
CFM, production follow up.
Analysis allow to review the context, enlight projects main
point, goals, or issues. To axe the design work, give a clear
strategy, clear and strong in front of all project’s actors.
Design start always by a good understanding of the request.
Projects are always global; it requires to understand the situa-
tion, the environment first. As about commercial field, commu-
nication, customer point of view, production tools, or user crite-
rions.
Analysis
The direction, whatever if it is cosmetic, technical, a material,
or else help to conceive, develop until communicates the project.
It is a guideline for all actors, to help defining the project
values, essence. It is a reference to make and keep choices
during the conception process.
Each projects, Clients, products are unique, they own from a
commercial and marketing environment which evolve with
time. Design requests a strategy for project launch, to lead it.
Design
Direction
translate the creativity. to enlight the Idea details, goals.
Present the Concept opportunity by simple views, explanations,
to be understood by everyone.
From cosmetic, technical, marketing, from user behaviors,
Concept ideas could come from different observations, ideas,
and fields.
Their illustration are also diversieds, Sketches, Photoshop or
Illustrator renderings, 3D works, every technics are good to

Anticipate issues, simplify the construction, play with it in the
concept development.
Explain it, communicate it, to be understood by all actors.
Leave no gap for any troubleshooting.
To make it feasible, it requires a strong investment in the con-
cept development, in the artwork and CFM steps. To keep the
design integrity from the concept to the factory.
Understand the technique, the production criterions, enhance
the design by it. Translate the concept into a product.
Feasibility
It is a part of the communication work, product designer has to
insure, be able to present as in-house as for the customer or
the user, and it allow to "sale" the project.
Insure a good understanding of the project concept, goals, and
universe.
During projects, employments, Freelance works, graphic
design has follow the product design work.
Applied in different fields such as logo, print, catalogue or web,
graphic design is deeply linked with the product work by the
Identity.

Design
The display, the lock, the bracelet are each a rotation move-
ment. Their axis are on the three dimention direction.
To maintain it, the entire watche is hold by pressure of the
stainless steel frames, locked by rivets.
Time definition could be translate as a geographical position on
an orbit. Years, days, hours are all earth’s position coordinates
on its orbit arround the sun, a position of the sun in our sky.
Inspired from representation of the solar system, two lenses
evolve on two ruler disc, and determine, hours and minutes.
Orbitpersonal project
This design is managed unto every small detail, up to the writ-
ing point shape, which use all the Design code, from the form
shifting, to the bumped pattern process.
It mades of titanium, silver, platinum for the body; secondary
elements, such as the ring and the clips, are made in gold.
Those materials and patterns bring diversity into the user choice.
The emotion is the base of this pen, and it is brought by the
feelings. Here the visual and touch senses are called, to give
the desire to Write.
The entire Design, form, shape, style process, are focused on
emotions, the pleasure to write, to handle the pen, to express
yourself.
Fountain Penfreelance
Based on the 95mm/55mm/20mm, Cera is one of the smallest
cameras of the market with a 35mm optical zoom.
You can bring it with you, in your pocket, your bag; you can use
it when you want, where you want.
Small, compact, and effective! Easy, mini and green! Those are
the values of Cera. Provide a digital camera, pocket sized, easy
and didactic, focused on a daily life use, for everyone.
How to be sustainable? With commons industrial technologies,
integrated not as a concept but as a normal constraint.
Cerapersonal work
Dimensions and weight are optimized for comfort, driving plea-
sure, and security.
For people or company it can become modern urban surf,
silent, compact, fast, economic, clean.
Currently on the market
New approach of the electric motor technology, more than
propulsion, it brings to the rider new uses, advantages, experi-
ences.
The XO2 is a normal urban scooter with the ability to fold itself.
It can be transported as a luggage into your home, your office,
your shop, your bus or your train.

How about the letter scale product? About it, 2 observations:
- The visibility, most of the current model screen are oriented
on horizontal or vertical
- We need to know price most than the weight, to pay the post

I was also in charge to improve the production capabilities by the design expertise, understand and communicate the produc- tion tools, process, materials, techniques and help the design team to integrate this knowledge in their concepts, as on feasi- bility as on innovation aspects. Based in the OSM group’s factory, my mission was to link the design offices with the production reality. Manage the DFM, anticipate production issues in the concept phase, help design- ers to handle the technical feasibility, give them alternative concepts, find out solutions in the development steps and, in balance, keep the design essence.   • 4. Follow these concepts with the engineering teams, resolves production issues in factories, work closely with the samples, and production teams during the concept development stage. The mission was basically to handle project’s phases, support the development teams and answer to all design tasks. Under the design management, my mission was to deliver adapted concepts for worldwide market leaders, mainly in the consumer electronic field for their in-box or branded accesso- ries. Pouch, cases, sleeves, for computer, mobile phone, camera, those products were designed to match the customer expectations, as in term of visual ID unto the production cost.   • 5. Analysis allow to review the context, enlight projects main point, goals, or issues. To axe the design work, give a clear strategy, clear and strong in front of all project’s actors. Design start always by a good understanding of the request. Projects are always global; it requires to understand the situa- tion, the environment first. As about commercial field, commu- nication, customer point of view, production tools, or user crite- rions. Analysis
  • 6. The direction, whatever if it is cosmetic, technical, a material, or else help to conceive, develop until communicates the project. It is a guideline for all actors, to help defining the project values, essence. It is a reference to make and keep choices during the conception process. Each projects, Clients, products are unique, they own from a commercial and marketing environment which evolve with time. Design requests a strategy for project launch, to lead it. Design Direction
  • 7. translate the creativity. to enlight the Idea details, goals. Present the Concept opportunity by simple views, explanations, to be understood by everyone. From cosmetic, technical, marketing, from user behaviors, Concept ideas could come from different observations, ideas, and fields. Their illustration are also diversieds, Sketches, Photoshop or Illustrator renderings, 3D works, every technics are good to Creativity
  • 8. Anticipate issues, simplify the construction, play with it in the concept development. Explain it, communicate it, to be understood by all actors. Leave no gap for any troubleshooting. To make it feasible, it requires a strong investment in the con- cept development, in the artwork and CFM steps. To keep the design integrity from the concept to the factory. Understand the technique, the production criterions, enhance the design by it. Translate the concept into a product. Feasibility
  • 9. It is a part of the communication work, product designer has to insure, be able to present as in-house as for the customer or the user, and it allow to "sale" the project. Insure a good understanding of the project concept, goals, and universe. During projects, employments, Freelance works, graphic design has follow the product design work. Applied in different fields such as logo, print, catalogue or web, graphic design is deeply linked with the product work by the Identity. Graphic Design
  • 10. The display, the lock, the bracelet are each a rotation move- ment. Their axis are on the three dimention direction. To maintain it, the entire watche is hold by pressure of the stainless steel frames, locked by rivets. Time definition could be translate as a geographical position on an orbit. Years, days, hours are all earth’s position coordinates on its orbit arround the sun, a position of the sun in our sky. Inspired from representation of the solar system, two lenses evolve on two ruler disc, and determine, hours and minutes. Orbitpersonal project
  • 11. This design is managed unto every small detail, up to the writ- ing point shape, which use all the Design code, from the form shifting, to the bumped pattern process. It mades of titanium, silver, platinum for the body; secondary elements, such as the ring and the clips, are made in gold. Those materials and patterns bring diversity into the user choice. The emotion is the base of this pen, and it is brought by the feelings. Here the visual and touch senses are called, to give the desire to Write. The entire Design, form, shape, style process, are focused on emotions, the pleasure to write, to handle the pen, to express yourself. Fountain Penfreelance
