This document discusses designing a game called FracAttack! to help students learn fractions. It was created at the SMALLab at Parsons The New School for Design. The game was designed to address challenges with learning fractions by incorporating constraints like multiple ways to interact, being life-sized, using full-body interaction, and supporting collaboration. It was prototyped in real-time coding sessions and aims to fit within the math curriculum by making fractions concepts more embodied and intuitive through gameplay.
