development.

 Fully familiar with the design of Mobile Crushing and screening plant, Horizontal and Inclined Vibratory
Screen , Grizzly Feeder, Hydro Cone Crushers, Jaw Crusher, Vertical shaft Impactor, Horizonotal Shaft
Impactors Sand washer ,Dewatering screen & conveyors etc . Responsible for New Product Development and
spearheading a team of 7 engineers to indigenise products which are being imported till now.
 Successfully indigenised the manufacture of CC1200 Hydro Cone Crusher , CC1000 Cone ,CC 750 cone
Crusher, In-house power pack development, VSI 1800 for 200 TPH ,sand washer, dewatering screen,
Grizzly screen and 24x06 heavy duty screen with dual shaft mechanism
 Designed & Developed of Mobile jaw plant, Mobile Cone plant, Mobile screen plant, Mobile vertical shaft
impactor plant, Skid mounted plant & Track mounted Crusher, vibrating screen, grizzly screen, Dewatering
screen feeder, sand washer, Cone crusher, VSI , conveyors and also handle Heavy fabrication department.
 Involved in Calculation of vibrating screen, Feeder ,Sand washer & conveyors, and also develops 24'x06'
vibrating screen with dual shaft mechanism.
 Design layout of crushing plant, screening plant, Material handling equipments, Mass Balancing ,Material flow
daidram ,Load calculation, Foundation Drawing and Estimating Tendering
 Responsible for part design, assembly design and drafting of Crushing, Screening and conveying.
 Responsible for timely completion of all project specifications, design, drawings & requisitions for areas of
responsibility assigned and participate in design review.
 Creating casting 3D component model and assembly model, preparing 2D Detail drawing.
 Working on designing models and prototypes using various tools, modifying /upgrading existing designs, creating
layouts, designs & drawings.
 Managing designing & detail fabrication engineering drawing, managing & coordinating design from concept till
completion and conducting weekly project review meeting.
Checking and assembly of parts and equipments on SOLIDWORKS ,CATIA V5.
 Maintaining regular coordination with other disciplines including testing department and vendor during all
stages of the design and securing concurrence of all involved engineering personnel.

2.  Ensuring all drawings produced are correct in standard, right reference and as per layout and in compliance
with the client's standards and engineering practices.
 Responsible for releasing 2D& 3D data’s for prototype and manufacturing, ensuring that prototype samples
meet appearance and functional standards.

Calculation of vibrating screen, Grizzly feeder and conveyors.
 Entrusted with the responsibility of managing Project as per the schedule agreed with customer viz. Estimation,
Design Freeze, Release of CAD data for Tool development, Monitoring the progress by organizing periodic
reviews, Evaluation of the first off tooled parts & handover of the project for regular production.
 Presented ideas and proposals for design solutions to customer while preparing costing BOM for the proposals.
 Formulated operational strategies for the quality function by carrying out long term and short term quality
planning in line with the organization requirements ensured proper facilities across the units for smooth
operations.
