 Following a merger of constituent groups in 1956, it was renamed Hindustan
Lever Limited.
 The company was renamed again in June 2007 as Hindustan Unilever
Limited.
 Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is the largest FMCG Company in India
 It is owned by the British Dutch company “Unilever” and has about
52%majority stake in Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL)
 It products include food , beverages, cleaning agents and personal care
products.
 It has headquarter in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
 Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has over 35 brands spanning 20 district
countries.
