- Team management: 3 QC chemist, 40 QC Inspectors, 6 Lab technicians .
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards, customer standards and
legislation.
- Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
- Writing technical and management systems reports.
- Establishing standards of service for customers or clients.
- Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.

- Researcher in new products, requirements compliment and enhancing the properties of the

- Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies,
procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.

 Expertise in handling the QA operations and lead the Technical team in trouble shooting, process optimization
as well as scientific investigations/studies.

 Master search paper on PVC Nano composite is applied and have good results for production and cost saving
