Primary colours

Pigments in paint
   arise from three
   primary colours -
 Red

 blue

 yellow
Secondary Colours
Secondary colours
  arise when we pair
  these colours
  together.
 Purple

 Green

 orange
Colour Correction
   For us as hairdressers we
    use the colour wheel to
    help us with colour
    correction.
   The opposing colour will
    neutralise the offending
    colour.
   For example if there was to
    much gold in the hair we
    would neutralise this with
    ash or violet tones.
   If their was a green tone we
    would neutralise with red
    tones.
