initial Shooting Club.
High level activities: Identifying a hypothesis, analyzing

segmenting and qualifying areas,which may / may not
interfere with the requirement for approval of the Shooting
Club .
Deliverable: Minimum Viable Model (MVM) for approval
by ISSF & PDRM
