Isaac Andy, Founder/CEO: A Brief Background
Proficient in Chinese, Malay and English, Isaac has hands-on experience as an Application Developer,
Database Administrator, and Project Manager in a wide variety of business applications. He is particularly
interested in remote collaboration and mobility solutions and how businesses are able to streamline
processes more efficiently and effectively. Isaac is always interested in migration projects, as well as close
interaction with the DB manufacturers.
Before starting his own venture, Mr. Andy worked with a list of reputed companies. Just after completing
his education, Isaac joined Parkson Corporation Sdn Bhd as an MIS Exec-Analyst Programmer. After that,
he moved to work with Getronics Solution as a Technical Manager. There was no stoppage for him then,
as he moved forward to work with IBM as a PSS Desktop Technical Lead. Then he worked as a Head,
Desktop Management for Malaysia Airlines System, and then he was a Technical Leader, for the E-Ticketing
Global Rollout for MAS, and pursue to a new IBM initiative project called CTS for Asia Pacific at IBM Global
Services.
It is after having a vast experience in his kitty to work with such big companies, Isaac started his own
venture iZND Services, serving as a CEO and Director of the company.
Mr. Andy earned a bachelor’s degree in Bsc (Hons) Computing, Information Systems from Staffordshire
University and a Diploma in Computing, Information Systems from Asia Pacific University of Technology
and Innovation (APU / APIIT).
