2.  CBT is an acronym for computer based test.
It simply connotes the use of computer to
evaluate a student. There is nothing new in
exam or test taking than the conventional
way of using paper and shading sheets(OMR
SHEET)
 The advent of CBT is just a way of putting a
computer touch to our exams and tests.

3.  As we are all familiar with the way we detest
change, accepting the CBT stuff was also a
struggle. Students had no choice than to
cooperate when it became a prerequisite to take
CBT either as entrance exams or in-school
exams.
 This trend has become acceptable these days
even down to primary schools. Parents also are
not left out as they want their wards to learn
how to take CBT as early as possible in life.
 In a nutshell, it will be safe to conclude that CBT
is no longer strange and the Nigeria education
has pitched her tent with CBT

4.  You might be wondering what motivated the above
research and the conclusion. The motivation started while
i offered educational technology course. I had passion for
CBT majorly because of its many benefits.
 In a bid to actualize my dream, I stumbled on some
tutorials and software which were expensive. The
computer scientists i consulted also were not willing to
help. Yet, I didn't relent my efforts.
 Looking back to the subject of CBT, there are two sides to
it: the test maker and the test taker. I got so concerned
about how to be a quiz maker rather than a quiz taker,
which most Nigerian students and even teachers are
comfortable with. This is not strange to our consumer
mentality. We seldom think creatively. We jus t prefer to
use those things that have been designed by other people.
Thus my desire to be a quiz maker led me to what I will
share with you in the next slide.

5.  After following the presentation up to this point, it is possible to
get nervous on what you stand to gain from all these epistles so
far. As I have earlier established that my doggedness and
determination kept me going on this CBT journey.
 Based on my little experience, I discovered that the more I share
what I know, the better I become. This group was created in
order to share a knowledge i have hoarded for the past four years
all because nobody to invest or buy into the idea. The shocking
part of it came last year when I lost all the CBT software and the
exams i have made on my laptop to robbers.
 Some big schools with big names are actually paying heavily for
their CBT software. Some even claim that teachers cant do it.
Instead, they input the teacher exam into the computer so that
their regular fee would not stop.
 My vision is to link up with great minds to see how we can help
the average schools to incorporate CBT into their programme as
we train their teachers to do it. I already have a CBT software
that is user-friendly. This is the beginning point of the
actualization of my dream to become a quiz maker or test maker.

6.  The truth about this mission is that it is an
impacting venture as well as a money making
opportunity. All you need to do is to get a
school, present the proposal to them. You
can fix your training fee as you deem it fit.
With that, you are touching lives as well as
smiling to the bank.
