Service Level Agreement
Day-to-Day: All day-to-day service requests should be sent to
the group mail ID (or) a ticket should be raised on client's
ticketing tool and assign it to the group created with
Ingenious-Talents
Production: For any production critical or production down
situations, contact 24*7 support number <123456>, explain
the situation and ask the DBA to join the bridge call. DBA will
join the call within 15 minutes. If there is no-response from the
DBA on-call, then you can always follow the escalation matrix
and would definitely have a person to attend the situation
Non-Production/Project Related: Support for Non-
production/project related activities are handled in the same
manner as day-to-day activities. For any off-hour non-
production situation that may require urgent DBA support,
clients should work with DBA Lead/Manager to determine if
the situation is critical enough to request additional services,
and if so, the manager would assign a resource to attend the
request

User should contact the Ingenious-Talents via e-mail/ticket/call with
requests/questions or issues. We would raise a ticket on behalf of the user or the
user can directly create a ticket and assign to our team.
The DBA on-call resource will work through request with user, updating the ticket
accordingly.
Any requests that require any type of development/project work, the DBA
resource will respond with details for development/project efforts required and
will include time estimates. (Cost will be worked out with the DBA Manager/Lead)
DBA resource will adhere to the strict timelines and once request is completed
will send the final e-mail to the user for validation and feedback.
Once the validation is completed, the ticket/request would be closed.
NOTE: For tasks like DB Migration/Upgrade the cost and timeline should be agreed with the
DBA Lead/Manager before assigning the ticket/request.

If no initial response within three days of actual request, user should escalate
to the Head of Operations for “Ingenious-Talents”
User and DBA resource will negotiate due dates and complete requests by

issue/question on their own, so that Ingenious-Talents DBA resource doesn't
continue to spend time on an issue/question
