a success rate of over 60%,
compared to today’s
failure rate of over 90%
3. For this to happen….
We need
a new profession of
social enterprise
startup facilitators
4. My role model is
Florence Nightingale
who created a new
profession of nurses
5. The ‘Why’
Nightingale
Could not bear
to see the
unnecessary
sufferings of the
wounded and the
sick due to lack of
nursing care
Tse
Could not bear
to see the
unnecessary
failures of social
enterprise startups
due to lack of
mastery of startup
methodology
6. The ‘How to’
Nightingale

and created a new
profession of
nurses
Tse
To select, train,
and create a new
profession of
social enterprise
startup
facilitators
7. The Challenges

Cost her health
and life
Passion and
perseverance
overcame all odds
Started her
journey in her
late 20s
Tse
Huge
Will take his
(remaining) life
time
Passion and
perseverance will
overcome all odds
Started his
journey at 65

follow

riding on the
global lean
startup
movement
