22. International Crossroads: Association of Social Promotion based in Melendugno, in the
Province of Lecce.
affiliated to the international association IAESTE, that has been recognized by the latter as
the sole body responsible for managing the exchange program internships in the whole Italian
territory.
The purposes of International Crossroads are:
Encouraging mobility of Italian students and graduates;
ensure a high-quality vocational training;
promote intercultural exchange and integration;

 of young girls from different town of Province of Lecce
Their aim is to promote and support young people through
the European Project.
A future project will be a “Leonardo Da Vinci Project” about
sport.
The main objective is to involve young people through profes-
sional training abroad and give them the hands-on experience and skills necessary to
manage NGOs and European project management about sport
