Background
The Project Partners Consultancy is a network of specialist created with the support of Consultati SA in Lugano
– Switzerland - at the aim of providing professional and experience-based consultancies to public and private
organizations in the field of international cooperation and sustainable development.
Consultati SA was founded in 2003 by Marcello Martinoni. The firm supports the public sector and social
institutions to implement projects and events with a social benefit.
In 2008 it started a collaboration with Claudio Naiaretti who brought experiences and skills specifically
developed in the field of international cooperation during the past 20 years.
The networks
In 2015 consultati SA promoted the networking of professional based in italian speaking part of Switzerland.
Partly with workers already in Consultati (Chiara Bramani - science of communication, Michela Greppi Moroni -
administrative, Ivan Sasu – biologist) and others interested actors that became part of the founding team as
associates: Gloria Bernasconi, economist, François Parvex, agroeconomist at SEREC and Fabio Baiardi,
economist.
The Project Partners Consultancy – PPC, offers a wider spectrum of services and products. Consultati,
with PPC, works in collaboration with other consultants specialized in complementary fields, building a network
able to find crosswise solutions for clients.

A thirty-year experience in international cooperation allows to say that PPC can offer expertise and

activity has also been made in the training of NGO managers and local leaders.

P P C Background The Project Partners Consultancy is a network of specialist created with the support of Consultati SA in Lugano – Switzerland - at the aim of providing professional and experience-based consultancies to public and private organizations in the field of international cooperation and sustainable development. Consultati SA was founded in 2003 by Marcello Martinoni. The firm supports the public sector and social institutions to implement projects and events with a social benefit. In 2008 it started a collaboration with Claudio Naiaretti who brought experiences and skills specifically developed in the field of international cooperation during the past 20 years. The networks In 2015 consultati SA promoted the networking of professional based in italian speaking part of Switzerland. Partly with workers already in Consultati (Chiara Bramani - science of communication, Michela Greppi Moroni - administrative, Ivan Sasu – biologist) and others interested actors that became part of the founding team as associates: Gloria Bernasconi, economist, François Parvex, agroeconomist at SEREC and Fabio Baiardi, economist. The Project Partners Consultancy – PPC, offers a wider spectrum of services and products. Consultati, with PPC, works in collaboration with other consultants specialized in complementary fields, building a network able to find crosswise solutions for clients. Competency areas Our diverse expertise allows us to intervene in various fields, both public and private. Abilities applicable in several sectors and domains according to specific mandates.   • 2. 2 Our services A thirty-year experience in international cooperation allows to say that PPC can offer expertise and professionalism in the field of formulation, management and evaluation of development projects. An intense activity has also been made in the training of NGO managers and local leaders.
