7. First of all, when a patient comes to a hospital most of the
time they didn’t know where to go or whom they should ask
for help. Secondly, which doctor they should visit for their
problem. Third, if they knew which doctor they should visit
but didn’t know the process of getting appointments or
where to meet the doctor. Fourth, if the doctors gives any
test/examination they didn’t know where to go for the test or
for collecting the reports. Sometimes for emergency they
need to find where the blood bank and pharmacy
department is. Those are the problems people always faces
whenever patients or their family goes to a hospital

proper direction and information to the patients which
they wants or needs. It’ll help them to find specific
doctors they should visits(according to their problems
and choice), Doctors chamber, Patients cebin, X-Ray
and Ultrasonography department,
ECG/ECHO/ETT/BMD Scan department, Sample
collection department, Blood bank, Reports
department, Pharmacy department etc.
