Scene Overview
As a party finishes two friends; Jamie and Ben, leave and decide it is quicker to
cut through the graveyard, much to Ben’s dismay. Hearing different noises but
ignoring it, they do not realize they are being watched. A masked man watches
from the shadows. When Jamie goes behind a hedge to urinate, Ben hears him
scream and then sees Jamie crawl out in fear before getting dragged behind and
disappearing. Ben flees looking behind him and catching glimpses of the killer.
Ben stops for breath after he loses sight of the killer. He turns back around to the
killer stood before him before getting beheaded by an axe.
Outline Of Opening Horror Sequence
Beginning –Long shot of a house where a party is occurring, the door opens as
Ben and Jamie leave. A close up of Ian saying goodbye then a first person shot
from a hedge watching the scene.
Middle – The boys decide to walk through a graveyard, even though Ben does not
want to, due to being a bit drunk and scared. Jamie convinces him it will be fine
and they carry on. Mean while a first person shot from behind a gravestone
watches again. After walking for a bit and conversation is made, we go to a shot
reverse shot. Jamie decides to go urinate behind a bush leaving Ben on his own
for a bit. A close up shows ben’s terrified expression when a scream is heard.
End – An eye line match is used as Jamie bursts from the hedge shouting for help,
but then gets dragged behind the bush by an unknown assailant. Ben starts
running trying to get away. A first person camera is used here as he runs and
constantly looks behind him, catching glimpses of the killer. When he stops
seeing him, Ben stops for breath. He turns around un able to see him but when
he turns back he is right there. A first person camera is used here as the killer
swings his weapon at the camera (Ben).
4. Synopsis
50 years ago, Frankie Jones, a supposed lunatic serial killer walked around the
streets of Hartlepool randomly killing, teenagers for no apparent reason. After
fleeing from police he was finally gunned down and cremated in the local
graveyard. As mysterious killings start happening in modern day, 6 teenagers
need to uncover the truth before they are all picked off one by one. But is it a
copycat killer or is Frankie truly back from the dead to kill again.

Ben and Jamie will wear normal clothes, although Jamie will wear quite old
clothing due to being dragged along the ground and he does not wish to get dirty.
The killer (Alex) will wear a full-face mask and a long trench coat, underneath
that he will wear tattered clothing covered in dirt.
Locations
The main location we will be using is Brierton Graveyard, although we will also
use the streets around it. We have chosen these due to the creepy nature of these
places.
