In the "The Empowerment of Women" the author proposes that women already are empowered by the chemistry of their nature and that this truth is the source of their equality to themselves and the basis on which they can stand to create their feminist manifesto and revolution.

The Empowerment of Women
Women already are innately empowered by the chemistry of
their nature. With this strength they propelled our evolution and
continue to fulfill the conditions of our existence. Civilization is
not a benefit inherited from the conquering men, but the product
of women's imagination, sensibility, and dedicated work. The
men of god—who compose the patriarchal dictatorship of the
Church and State—continue to try to negate the women's truth
making war against them: defaming them, enslaving them, and
killing them.
Women have survived the war that Jehovah’s inventors declared
against them—to expropriate them and coronate the penis as
the symbol of divinity—because of their courage and
determination to keep their position as the essential element of
the functioning and administration of the world. The Constitution
of men, civil and religious, has not saved women from the
masculine pyre. It is not their radical manifesto; rather it is the
institutionalization of the penis as the masculine model of
society’s strength.

The patriarchy is a poisonous caste who wants to masculinize
the world with the blood of the girls whose clitoris is amputated
by their sons with faith and desire. They do not have anything
that can empower women. Their ideological, economic,
political, religious, psychological, military and cultural system
was erected like a pike fence to keep women out of the
management of society’s life. Under democracy—wherein the
masculine aristocracy owns the land, food, money, war
weapons, and drugs—women continue to be expropriated of
their chemical self; indoctrinated to become Mrs. Man; and
pushed into illiteracy, unemployment, domestic violence,
homelessness, prostitution, drug addiction, and suicide.
The empowerment of women is a political question for the
power of the State that enforces their oppression is held by the
men of god and Wall Street. Eradicating all the hypocritical
values and conditions that they implant in their minds to
dominate them is the women’s first task to recuperate their
political empowerment. Women cannot empower themselves—
exercise their human rights to freedom, equality, manage
society, and share the social wealth—within the patriarchy’s
Law, State, and political parties. They need to revolutionize
themselves, amputate the umbilical cord with which the
patriarchy manipulates them, to recuperate their intellectual
power and create their concept of life, nature, gender, society,
the economy, education, art, the State, peace, and the
universe.

Women are equal to themselves according to their chemical
nature. There, in their chromosomes and the awareness of self
that they contain, lies the source of their empowerment. Let this
principle be the foundation for the feminist manifesto and
revolution.
