Windows 10
1. Open the start menu by clicking on the Windows icon on
the bottom left corner. You can also do it by clicking on

Right-click on the program.
Click on the option Uninstall.

the General tab.
Now, click on the Safe boot checkbox which is below the Boot
options panel.
