Job duties And Responsibilities
1. •Performs data entry of various financial transactions viz., journal entries,
debit/credit notes, pay rolls, sales incentives, dealer Bonuses, service
settlements, manual legacy data input, bank & petty cash vouchers.
2. Scrutinizes documentation compliance including verification of entries in
systems relating to vehicle transfer letter, settlements, sales invoices, LPOs,
PDCs, document sequences and authentications.
3. Extracts supplier payment due report on a monthly and/or periodic intervals,
circulates the report among accountants for further review and processing of due
payments within the stipulated time.
4. Processes Payroll and staff settlements and ensures the timely disbursements
of the same.
5. Processes various reconciliations for bank, inter-group, clearing, contra, till,
cash, Stock, suspense, receivables, cross module, payable accounts.
6. Assists in preparation of various financial statements including profit and loss
statements, sales analysis, receivable group age analysis, translation of debtors
in days of sale, overdue debts, top customers, cash flow analysis.
7. Assists the Finance Manager regarding internal & external audits.
8. Generates various system reports for doubtful debts, slow moving, sales
incentives, customer aging, statements etc. on monthly intervals.
9. Compiles necessary documents and prepares monthly SLA reports. Maintains
required documents, reports, and files in an organized manner.
10.Uses various software applications such as Autoline, Oracle, MS word, MS
excel, Power point packages to extract data & manipulate reports.
11.Experice in accounting software programme and lstest version .

2. Qualification ;
• Degree holder of commerce , with at least 5 -7 years experience in G.C.C .
• experiance in finance or banking sector prefered.
