10. Summary
The 6 months period completion of this project is enough to be achieve
our objective for the completion timeframe.
The application of Gantt chart in this project is a big advantage. Because it
displays delivery dates, it aids in the procurement process. By examining
the actual dates to those projected on the chart, it is possible to keep track
of the project's progress. Also, it makes it simple for division and project
management to synchronize their efforts.

Editor's Notes
This project is a system design implementation for a certain method which we call as digital time pulse conversion. This includes the implementation and integration of voltage-time-converter to analog-time-converter. ABB, a global leader in the power and automation technology industries, is the manufacturer of the 6.6 kilovolt (kV) medium voltage circuit breaker with model number VD41212-40. For switching, managing, and safeguarding electrical equipment in a variety of applications, this breaker model is suitable. It is designed to be used in distribution networks for low- and medium-voltage power. The cutting-edge features of the VD41212-40 breaker provide excellent efficiency and dependability. These features include a compact and durable construction, trustworthy trip units, and a high breaking power. Furthermore, it boasts a flexible and modular design that facilitates easy installation and maintenance. The completion of this project is 6 months.
Developing a digital system that can properly measure and convert time pulses generated during circuit breaker timing tests is the goal of this research. The system will be created such that it can interface with current testing equipment and provide the operator with results in real-time. Also, the project will involve developing data processing and visualization software that will make it easier to understand test results.
Shown above the sic phases for this project. Each phases has tasks to be done and been presented in the Gantt chart as reported and presented in this presentation. We have project planning that includes project objectives, scope, milestone, and etc. Identifying the desired requirements and specifications needed for the design of digital time pulse conversion, including volts measurements, integrating the voltage –time-converter to analog to digital converter.
Validate the results and testing and documenting the result of performances of the system and train users after successful implementation.
We have here the lists of Tasks per Phases. This can be seen in our submitted written report (assessment 4) for a clear figure. These tasks has designated period of time (Start date and end Date).
The presented Gantt chart above shows the flow of tasks completion.
The project assumed that:
The project's requirements didn't change.Upon submission of an application, funds would be made available. The guidelines in this plan must be followed by each project member. The Project Plan may be changed as new information and issues are discovered. If draft deliverable adjustments are not made by the deadline specified in the project schedule, project delays will result.
This project required $1750 for overall completion.
Shown above are the defined roles and responsibilities of project team and project manager.
