Everybody need to sleep sufficiently.
People should sleep appropriate time.
    What time is the best sleeping time?
 7.5 hours is the best optimal time statistically.

2. Do we continusly take how much sleep?
   There are two types of sleep for us.
  → non-REM sleep   and   REM sleep.
 non-REM   sleep   →   has the effect to rest the brain.
REM sleep   → has the effect of rest your body.

He sleeps only 3 hours in a day. He sleeps 10 hours in a day.
