So we should not suit us sleeping time to the time of them, but we will make high performance. There is suitable sleeping time each other. Therefore, we suggest working on next tasks.
First, you should search your comfortable sleeping time. Comfortable sleeping time is that you are not sleepy, you make energetic action, or you are lively. But, I think it is difficult to search comfortable sleeping time. So, you should try to change sleeping time many times. Finally, it is your suitable sleeping time that you think this is the most comfortable sleeping time. This process is difficult. But making high performance is very important. So would you take this plan for spending massive time!?
