2. One-on-One Tutorial/Well-being Check
As part of the routine collection and distribution of SLM’s in our
school, we also require our learners to fill up a monitoring tool which
enables them to give us feedback on how well the
distribution/collection is going, if there are any errors in the modules
themselves, or if there are any other feedback, they can write it in
the monitoring tool. Upon collection of the monitoring tools, advisers
will then review the feedback from the learners and identify learners
who are having a really hard time with the topics that they are
studying. By identifying the learners who are having a hard time with
coping to the topics of that week, they will then do a home visit to
conduct a one-on-one tutorial. A psychosocial well-being check is also
conducted at the same time with both learners and
parents/guardians. Minimum health standards are followed all
throughout, and with prior permission to local barangay officials.
