17. Prior to the production of the SLM’s, meetings
have been organized by the school heads to
propagate an order and schedule in the
printing of the SLM’s.
Some teachers have volunteered to bring their
own printers in school to assist with the
printing of the modules.
One of the key elements is also the
camaraderie and cooperation amongst
teachers. Teacher have willfully dedicated
their time and patience in printing and
arranging the modules.

19. One of the challenges encountered by the schools
within the District of Kolambugan is that not all schools
have their own RISO machine. Though some teachers
have already brought their own printers, it still takes
time to print.
Another challenge is the shortage of ink and master
roll.
Some modules have more than 40 to 50 pages, thus it
becomes tedious to arrange the pages.
Some of the schools who have their own RISO machines
experience technical issues such as paper jams or
skipping of pages while printing.
During the distribution of modules, some parents would
forget to practice physical distancing and so we keep on
reminding them.
